Arby's in Summerville

“I normally go to Arby’s later in the night and I always run into the absolute best lady Ms. Christina! I believe she’s the shift lead, but I don’t care what day I go there or how many days in a row I go there, she’s always there with great customer service! She makes everything okay when unexpected things happen that’s totally out of her control. I happen to go there after work in the daytime and my order wasn’t complete & I had questions about my receipt/payment. She took the time to check and sure that everything was accounted for along with completing my order. I honestly believe that she should be a manager! She truly deserves it and I appreciate her every time I’m in the drive thru. There’s also a young man who is always working nights and is always super polite as well. These people deserve raises and praises bc my food is always fresh, my orders are always completed, and customer service is always on point!“

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this place the food and people are fantastic I been eating here for little over 3 years I'd say almost every single day due to circumstances I'm not allowed to go to the other places in the area so this place has been my go-to for my meals each day and I must say I er the years it has stayed the same wonderful service friendly faces peaceful environment and great food prices are reasonable and actually for the quality and portion size I absolutely love this place and compared to other Arby's it's wa nicer and cleaner I was recently in Gainesville Florida and the Arby's there was very small but it was also a wonderful experience so for fast food places this is for sure the best overall in my opinion and I have eaten all over the place back and forth across this country and a couple others as well so I applaud the effort to stay consistent over the years and across the board top notch thanks for the great service over the years !!!!“

1 star on roast beef
Whoever was slicing the roast beef at 1:30 today was doing it wrong. It was double the thickness that it should be. Im not looking for grandmas hand sliced pot roast sandwich, I expect the roast beef to be thin sliced per Arbys standards
