“Our food was hot, delicious, and Kelly, the GM, went above and beyond when my husband didn't like one of his sandwiches. It wasn't a favorite, but he got two, and wanted something else. Kelly had no problem with that, and immediately made it right, and took care of the food I needed to take to my daughter. All of the staff at this location are amazing and so kind.“

1 star on roast beef
Whoever was slicing the roast beef at 1:30 today was doing it wrong. It was double the thickness that it should be. Im not looking for grandmas hand sliced pot roast sandwich, I expect the roast beef to be thin sliced per Arbys standards

“I normally go to Arby’s later in the night and I always run into the absolute best lady Ms. Christina! I believe she’s the shift lead, but I don’t care what day I go there or how many days in a row I go there, she’s always there with great customer service! She makes everything okay when unexpected things happen that’s totally out of her control. I happen to go there after work in the daytime and my order wasn’t complete & I had questions about my receipt/payment. She took the time to check and sure that everything was accounted for along with completing my order. I honestly believe that she should be a manager! She truly deserves it and I appreciate her every time I’m in the drive thru. There’s also a young man who is always working nights and is always super polite as well. These people deserve raises and praises bc my food is always fresh, my orders are always completed, and customer service is always on point!“
