Carolima’s is hands down the BEST catering company in South Carolina Low Country. They catered a Naval promotion event for me April 12, 2025. The professionalism, the promptness and punctuality, food, and the ability to work with the customer is hands down the best service I have ever seen! Carolima’s is very diverse and they have the ability to cater any event any style and work with any menu you want. I will forever keep them in my roller deck for future events and share my experience with all my military colleagues! Thank you Carolima’s for making my promotion ceremony the best event for my family!

Very very professional. We contacted Carolima's for a work catering event and it was seamless from start to finish. From the invoicing process to set up - very professional. When our food was brought in the staff was alert, dressed in catering branded items clearly showing the name of the business so they were able to be recognized . They brought everything including branded serving utensils and flatware for our team. Thank you again and we will be using you for future events.

We had Carolima's cater an event for our 8th grade students. Middle schoolers are the biggest critics of all but they had nothing but good reviews for the delicious food (especially the fried chicken). We will definitely use and recommend them for future school events.

The delightful team arrived promptly, 90 minutes before our event, and efficiently set up the buffet station, ensuring everything was in place well ahead of time. We entrusted them with creating the menu, a task outside our expertise, and it proved to be an excellent decision. The culinary offerings were outstanding; the dishes were served hot and were absolutely delicious, showcasing a variety of flavors that pleased all our guests. The staff’s professionalism was evident throughout the event. They managed every detail seamlessly, including the setup, service, and even the cleanup, allowing us to enjoy the occasion without any concerns. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed. We are already looking forward to our next event and will undoubtedly engage their services again, confident in their ability to deliver another memorable experience.

My husband and I want to thank the ladies at Carolima's Lowcountry Cuisine for the absolutely amazing Thanksgiving feast! The food was off the charts! It was a great experience from ordering to pick up and we highly recommend!

Y’all… I cannot express how much I enjoyed having Carolimas cater our wedding! The staff were so delightful and I could actually cry thinking of how delicious the food was! Almost everyone that attended my wedding stopped to tell us how nice the staff were. People couldn’t stop raving about the deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, and the Charleston chewies. It’s well known that the bride and groom don’t usually take the time to eat the food at their wedding because they are so busy, but I MADE THE TIME. I’m convinced that my photos are going to come back with my cheeks stuffed full of deviled eggs. I’m just so thrilled with the food and service. They saved all the leftovers for us to enjoy the week afterwards. I could truly go on and on. Thank you guys for making our night so magical!

Carolima's catered our recent event for 40 people and they went above an beyond! Their staff was incredibly kind and gracious. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was!

We recently hosted our anniversary celebration and needed to supplement the "bar food." Emma provided a healthy orzo salad and her signature Charleston Chewies and Red Velvet Brownies. Everything was delicious! In addition, she kept me apprised of the status of my order in a very professional manner. Thank you for the sweet finish to our party!!

Sameka Jenkins with Carolima's Low Country Cuisine helped me plan my get-together with my new South Carolina friends. Semaka was very professional and knowledgeable while preparing for my event.
I decided on 2" thick Prime Ribs medium rare, 1 1/2 - 2 pounds live lobster, and King Crab legs.
My three Prime Rib diners were pleased with their medium-rare steak and fresh ground horseradish. My five lobster diners entertained us all during our meal, as only one knew how to get to the meat. Being human, "No, I am not asking for help; I want to do it myself." The Lobster diners provided all the laughs. I had the King Crab, and he won. When I was in my 40s and 50s, I never had a problem man-handling my crab to get to the meat, but after consuming a claw and 4 legs, I meekly asked Sameka for help, and she quickly opened the rest of my crab legs, so I could finish my wonderful meal.
Carolima’s provided the hot food as ordered. They arrived early to set up and left after the table and kitchen were spotless.

Just celebrated my 75th birthday. Carolima's was my caterer and they did not disappoint! Made from scratch entrees, tasty desserts, professional staff and very satisfied guests ? Highly recommend for any function needing to be catered!!!
