The girl the window knew the soda machine was down or atleast looked wrong. She made me a drink that look like water soda and when she handed it to me I know it didn't look right. And I wondered why she handed it to me laughing with her co-worker. Till I forgot to ask and pulled off and then had to go right back because the drink was so nasty. She then got an attitude to make me a new one. So I told her she could keep it. Rude people

This is by far one of the worst CookOut locations I've been to in the Carolinas. My fiancé and I went to this location at 8pm this past Saturday. The first thing we noticed when we pulled up was the obnoxiously large crowd of high schoolers blocking peoples ability to drive through the parking lot. We managed to find a parking spot, got out, and approached the window. The folks ahead of us were served, then the window was shut in our faces, and the girl proceeded to stand there conversing with another employee. We stood there for about 15 mins waiting to be helped, and it wasn't that busy. Finally, another employee saw us and had someone come help us. This person didn't greet us or give us any kind of customer service. We ordered a tray, chili cheese fries, and a shake, which was about $18. That's a great deal! Except I had next to no cheese bites with my tray, there was barely any chili/cheese on the fries, and the burger from the tray didn't have everything on it. Overall, this was a poor experience. There was zero customer service or attention to detail. Furthermore, they should be keeping crowds in the parking lot from blocking other customers from being able to enjoy the establishment.
