The service and food were excellent today. Oscars rarely disappoints. My only issue is the surcharge for using a credit card. Now the menu prices were all high as most so I have to ask how cheesy for Oscars to embarrass this establishment by noting this increase on my receipt. Guys this is a premium dining establishment. Pinching more $ I think should we embarrassing to proprietor. Stop this! If you don't have your menu costed correctly that's your problem to figure out.
On our last visit, everything went wrong, so we decided to try Oscar's again. Well, the service was a big improvement, the food still sits a mediocre and having all the lights on was better than having them all off and using short life battery powered table lamps. We started with calamari, which was fine, just lacked some flavor. My wife had the salmon, which left her disappointed due to the lack of flavor. I was with a large group on business, and Mitch did a great job taking care of the table. The food here is exceptional! Everyone was happy with their meal and appetizers.
