I have been going to this Cracker Barrel for over 30 years. My favorite meal was the Grandma special with the pancakes with blackberry sauce and whipped cream ucreamsausage , eggs over medium, and hash brown potatoes. It’s been awhile since we have been there so we were looking forward to a great meal. Well being disappointed is not the word for it. 700 million invested in making the food the absolute best around would have sent your restaurant and brand straight to the top.
Sad to see an Icon fall but it is coming at an alarming speed
The biscuits are one of my reasons for eating at Cracker Barrel. In the past when served, they most always were soft, fresh and tasted home made like they were straight out of the oven. Yesterday while eating at the Summerville, SC location we found that the biscuits were very dry and hard . We asked the server if we could possibly get some fresh biscuits because the ones we were served and ate were dry and hard.
