I came in this afternoon at 1:50 PM. There were 2 employees that were working very hard to help a customer who was very rude to them. In line in front of me, it took all of my strength not to speak up before I got my order. But the man in line in front of me should not have made these two hardworking employees stress out any more than they already were being short staffed and still trying to get his order, correct and in a timely and pleasant manner. I work in customer service....
I can’t think of even the tiniest negative thing to say about Crumbl’s Summerville location. They are perfection! I always order ahead for pickup and whether I do curbside or in-store pickup it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff are all so friendly & always smiling, the store is always clean and the cookies are always fresh and delicious. 10/10 Will always recommend!
Placed an online order 30-40 min prior to arrival, yet someone who just walked in the door got theirs before mine. While an older employee condescendingly spoke down to another employee of best practices instead of helping 😕. Cookies cute though.
