This place is known for Custard Ice cream and they can’t even make it correctly. It took 20mins to make my order. I literally got half custard and the other half melted whipped cream. The regular cup is already kinda small so you’re already not getting the value for which you paid for. This was my third visit and every time it’s been pretty much the same experience. I’ll stick with Culver’s down the street.

Horrible drive thru service. Don’t have 2 drive thru lanes open if you can only handle one. We sat in 2nd lane and watched 4 cars in first lane get their order taken. We then backed up and got in first lane and got the excuse of them being short staffed. Well, my money’s better spent somewhere else….no thanks!

Asked for a combo meal with all the toppings and then asked for a cheeseburger ketchup only. Sick as a dog. Only food i would've had all day. Get home and both burgers are exactly the same. Everything on it. The receipt also showed it like it was ordered with everything on it.

Whenever I walked it I wasn’t greeted properly. Then whenever it came to ordering my food I had to wait over 10 minutes. Whenever I did get my order taken the person at the register who I assumed was a supervisor was very rude. I normally come in here and the nice young lady name Mackenzie helps me and greets me with a smile but today my visit was just plain rude and disrespectful. I also had to wait 15-20 minutes for a soggy burger and stale fries. I will never ever come back to a place that uses such profanity towards there employees with a customer such as myself standing right there. I’m very disappointed Freddy’s do better!!

We went there at 12:40 today. I ordered a single burger with just pickle, mustard and onion. I received a double cheese burger with bacon. It was also very salty. I can't eat that much. I was very disappointed.

Always enjoy a fast pickup order of Freddy's wouldn't mind seeing a pinch thicker patty. Also seems prices have gone up.

We used to like going to Freddy's but in the past year the service a d the food have been horrible. I git a chili cheese dog and I couldn't even eat it. The chili was cold ND when it came to the hot dog oh it was like it had been boiled for hours and then put under a light over night. One a favorite family spot to NOT!!!!!
