Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I came through the drive through one day and my bagged order was thrown at me. This was done by someone who I haven’t had a great relationship with in the past. But no matter what type of relationship you have with the customer, you are supposed to provide them friendly service in a professional manner. The employee that did this is named Alexia Nelson. Hopefully something can be done about this. Was really looking forward to enjoying my meal at Freddy’s.

For the double burger The meat is too thin all I taste was veggie burger with pickles.. I ordered a spicy chicken...No spice to chicken

Tasteless chili cheese fries, french fries made like canned potato sticks, rude associate, given incorrect order

It was so flavorful and yummy. I was taken on a first date here, as I've never had custard and we both wanted a nice meal. The burgers are a bit expensive just by itself, but the flavor feels like it's worth it to me, in my opinion.

The custard is so smooth! So good, especially their chocolate brownie delight. However, for $1 extra a topping, I'd expect them to add more than just a couple of pieces of bits of cheesecake when I added it to my make-your-own sundae. There were only like 6 little pieces in it, but that's my only issue, really! Everything else was nice.

You can also hold the custard if you wanna eat the hot food first and then have the custard right after, so it's fresh and not melting. I find that a nice thing to have, for some who prefer that.

I'd come again, but only for cravings.

They always forget my chicken tenders each visit. The chili from my fries was spilling out of the box which was everywhere in my bag. Food was cold.

Update: they improved with their customer service and finally enjoyed the food!

Great food and good service! Everyone is usually working to provide good service and a clean establishment, not standing around playing on their phones. They always have plenty of people working, not just a couple of employees trying to run the whole restaurant. We always get our order pretty quickly, and it's always hot and fresh! This is why we eat there several times a month, and maybe some awesome custard in between. We Love Freddy's
