Hands down the friendliest staff! We started out with the pot stickers cheese,teriyaki chicken , and kobe beef! All exceeded expectations then out came the kobe beef and two ramen!! STOP if your looking for the best Japanese,Ramen around GO! You found your place.
Great place and even better management. The manager seems to genuinely care about her customers.

Based on the reviews, HOKKAIDO RAMEN HOUSE is a lovely, well lit spot with roomy seats and a calm, not noisy atmosphere. The food is fresh and top notch. The garlic tonkatsu ramen comes in a good sized portion with chashu, egg, and veggies, and the depth of flavor to the tonkatsu is on point. The pork soup dumplings have a perfect texture and delicious broth inside. The bao is highly recommended, with balanced flavors, and the Taro bao is a desserty, but not too sweet finisher. The Gamecock Ramen is delicious, and the Godzilla role is also mentioned. The way they do the egg in the ramen is unique and top notch. Everything was made with perfection and bigger than expected. The service is amazing, with a server who is understanding, knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and polite. Staff is on the ball, and everyone had smiles. A win all the way round, highly recommended.
