My wife and I are on our 2nd week of meals from Lean Kitchen in Summerville. I was very skeptical of trying a "healthy" meal company to begin with, but starting out with a local brick-and-mortar store that I can actually go to seemed like the right place to start. After finishing the 1st week of meals, I give this place 5 STARS. The food is actually great. We tried 15 different meals during our first week, and not one was remotely untasty. Im so glad I found Lean Kitchen Co.! The meals are healthy, filling, and the owners and staff are always really helpful. We needed a business like this in town. They make meal prep easy and delicious!
