If you ever go to this location and actually receive your order at the drive-through hot and now it will be amazing. I have never gone to this location when I didn’t have to wait 15 minutes for my hot and NOW order.!!! and they are absolutely unapologetic about it. The manager seemed to be telling me that they try to make it hot and now but sometimes some things just happen and they can’t have it ready right then / ever !!! And really hot now is kind of just a suggestion . they didn’t have breadsticks and they didn’t have wings not one order when I questioned the manager he said yeah it’s only hot now if we have some ready at the time and we try but it happens… I don’t really recommend this location.. I really love their wings, but I can get them somewhere else🙄

The pizza is fine and the same as is has always been. The employees working were not very helpful and pretty rude towards us and the other customers that came in while we were waiting for our order. The employees seemed more interested in fooling around than actually working. Thought about making a comment to the manager on duty but then he walked up and joined in fooling around with the other employees.

Ordered delivery. Got one pizza out of two that we ordered. Because they use door dash instead of actually delivering the pizzas themselves, which is what their entire business model was built on originally, I now cannot get another pizza sent out, cannot get a full refund since we were not able to feed our family tonight, and now the partial refund will potentially take 10-12 business days according to the half-wit that "helped" me. What a freaking joke. I'm fine with making a mistake, just make it right. Door dash is such an embarrassment of a company when it comes to resolution to problems. The worst part is that pre-covid, pizza companies used to actually deliver their own product, but now it's third party delivery, and it all costs 30% more than it used to. Door Dash's \third party services are also answered by someone not even in this country, just reading off of a script that could legitimately care less. Never again

I haven't had little Cesar's in a long time. We were thinking about getting a take and bake from a grocery chain but decided to do this instead. It was really good! Easy, economical, filling and tasty.

I walked in last night (1/25/2025) around 9:30pm and asked for a hot and ready she first said “It may take awhile.Let me ask someone.” There were 3 ready sitting behind her. When she came back around the corner this child said and I quote “They said all the pizzas are expired.” I was just trying to get a quick bite for my daughter and mom. That’s crazy though maybe a health inspection needs to be done.

Horrible service! Ordered online at 8am to be picked up at 11am by 11:20 still not ready & they just kept saying it's in the oven when you can clearly see the oven & no pizza coming out & this has happened the last 5 times I've been there...will never go back

This place keeps getting worse and worse. Forget hot and ready, it's more like wait 30 minutes( or more) to get a Luke warm pizza, and that's IF they remember to bring it out to you. Finally gave up and went in. My pizzas were just sitting on the counter... not in a warmer, and both( 2) employees were doing other things..... during the rush hours. Seems like you'd be somewhat prepared for the dinner rush 🤔

One of the beat Little Caesars I've been to. Unlike the one by me (Central Ave), the wait wasn't as long & the pizza was actually fresh & HOT. The one on Central Ave makes you wait 20-30 mins & tour Pizza still is not hot. This one had a wait time of 15 mins (I think they were short staffed) because she was in the back getting a big order ready. She seemed a little irritated, but she was not rude. But, the pizza made it worth it!!
