“I've been coming here for over 10 years since Han and Pan used to be there before they went to Beijing, the food has always been excellent and I love them on a personal level. Xie Xie! Best Chinese food in the area in my opinion and they're like 5 mins from our home.“
“I like the food and the concept, but it seemed kind of like a cookie cut version of every other american style 'Cafe.'What I ordered versus what I received wasn't as good as the advertisement. The soup was delicious, but had far less broccoli(or pieces of broccoli)... than I expected...The greens on my sandwich were less than fresh and were not consumed.I will try again another time, perhaps the time day played a role in my experience, who's to say?“
“I ordered soup with bread (comes free with the soup). My girlfriend also ordered soup but didn't want the bread so I said "I will take her bread" when we ordered at the counter. Jalayna, at the counter was very nice and joked with us at the order counter At the pickup counter the server was less than cordial when my girlfriend picked up the order. She put croutons in her soup and my girlfriend politely ask the she wanted no croutons. Her Attitude was sharp and she grumbled under her breath Then she did not serve any bread with the order. She grumbled "We are out of bread." I she had a better attitude, I may have overlooked this little faux pas. But the name of the place is Panera bread. So i rolled my wheelchair over to her and asked if the place is called Panera Bread and they had loaves of bread at the front order counter, why is there no bread?She grumbled under her breath "I don't have to put up with this ". And she that they were out of bread so we got potato chips.I talked to her manager and he was able to accommodate my bread request You would think that those who chose to work in the hospitality business would want to learn how to be cordial and helpful with difficult customers. Not cause regular happy customers to turn difficult That's not her is it the one that's there now at the counters are. I must commend Kevin the manager on the way he responded to the situation. All in all. I enjoyed the experience as I usually do One bad apple didn't spoil this outing“
“We were seated right away. Our waiter kept checking on us and brought us our food in a timely manner. She had several tables, and in the beginning, we were waiting on someone, so she was patient with us. We were able to visit with our guest without being interrupted.“

“Their food is the bomb.. doesn't need and kind of sauce or extra seasoning. When I come here I always get the sesame chicken combo that comes with pork fried rice. Every bite is so flavorful and delicious. The service is fine actually sometimes its hard to explain what I want in a way that's understanding. It's not the most stylish place could definitely use some remodeling.“
“Super delicious food and super nice staff. Had an issue with my delivery (they deliver through a third party so not at all their fault), and they were super nice over the phone and when I went to pick up my food. Definitely my favorite Chinese place to order from in the area!“
“This place goes above and beyond for you! No attitudes, just understanding of the fact that I have a serious addiction to their cinnamon crunch bagel breakfast sandwich lol ? I've been getting it like 5 days out the week for a few weeks now. Anyways, this morning they figured out a way to make my bagel....even when sold out. I go usually at 6am and the staff is great and the staff now, at 10am, are really great too! Thanks yall! I appreciate yous ❤️“
“This is absolutely the best welcome home after living in Austin for 3 years to taste the brisket coming out of this restaurant literally had my tongue on fiesta. Louise was there I couldn't have asked for a better experience and one of the things that I have to tell you about service and restaurants is the time they take to make sure you get a great experience come check out the margaritas and the atmosphere I will tell you the casa vera was off the chain! Thank God this is right near the house I will be having this at least once a week!“
