Had a fantastic dinner at Steel City Pizza last night, and a huge part of that was our server, Julianna! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive without being overbearing — greeted us with a big smile, got our drink orders in fast, and had suggestions ready when we asked about the specials. Our food came out quickly and hot, and she checked in at just the right times to refill drinks and see how everything tasted without hovering. When we asked for a few substitutions on our order, she handled it easily and made sure the kitchen got it right. Even during a busy dinner rush, she never seemed rushed or stressed — just efficient and genuinely friendly the whole time. Service like this makes such a difference. Julianna clearly knows how to balance speed with actually making guests feel taken care of. We'll definitely be back, and we'll be requesting her section!
