The two young ladies who were standing outside tonight at 2:58 am were amazing! They went above and beyond it make sure I was happy even tho they were missing a few things tonight in store. I can say tonight was probably the best night I've had at this taco bell. To the people who were working at 2am in the morning on 7/02/25, I appreciate yall so much.

These poor people are constantly slammed. It’s not uncommon to wait 20-30m AFTER submitting an online order. More times than not part of the order is missing. They just need more hands on deck.

Ordered on my app. I got to the store...... Drive thru closed. I was told it was a 30 minutes plus wait. Because I ordered on the app I can't cancel get my money back. They need to add a cancel and get money back option. Whatever the problem is they need to fix it. Saturday and one of the busiest days of the week they should be prepared for this day.

The staff couldn’t critical think out of a paper bag. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and got a rice burrito with no cheese. We ordered a crunch wrap that came with little to no meat. Stay away from this place as it will make you mad and despondent. I hate Taco Bell!!! I will never, ever go back this place or another Taco Bell again! Absolute crap and that staff are middle schooler play acting as an adults!

My dad ordered delivery and got me the new chicken strips. I was initially excited...until these small freaking things arrived. Those weren't considered strips. Those were nuggets. And only two each. I'm still hungry and having to rely on potato chips instead of the meal my dad ordered me. Absolutely horrible food and service. Who does that? They were so small I could literally finish them in one bite.

Didn't receive an item that costed over $12, got three quesadillas and every single one was burnt and completely falling apart making a huge mess, and every drink I got was watered down. They did not give me a receipt for any of this so I wasn't even able to get my $12 food. Prices are too high to spend $12 on something I'm never going to see, taste, or smell. Extremely dissatisfied and overall i'm disappointed in this location. Get help.

The last time I went they had no sour cream which was fine it’s not a big deal. The only reason I am writing this is because whoever the girl was at the window was so nice. I have never met anyone who was so nice especially working in fast food. I really appreciated her at the window and I hope I see her again.
