I have gave these guys multiple times to get our food right and today we ordered Door Dash and got the worst looking food I ever seen but it also was not our food it was someone else’s food but they didn’t miss out I promise and we trashed it and ordered from Chick-fil-A and they never get it wrong. I’ll talk this up to poor management because I manage a restaurant and I check every DoorDash and Uber order that goes out the door to make sure it is correct and doesn’t look like it’s been sitting for two weeks.You have a great customer

I rarely review but this gotta be the slowest I've seen people work. More than half of the workers were standing in the kitchen while one guy was doing all the work. Still waiting over 40 minutes for an order with three items

i come here often during my work schedule. i only have about a hour break, and every time it takes about a half an hour to get my food. staff are obviously polite but so extremely slow and looks like they don’t want to be there. the window lady always is on her phone and not helping, etc etc. haven’t seen a business run this badly before

Not a reviewer but to buy a steak taco now for over $6 but to get 4 tiny pieces of steak is a ripoff. Rarely get fast food and see why now. Also took 20 minutes to serve 4 cars

This location is not even close to any other Taco Bell I have been to before. Soda is always way over carbonated or syrup mix is off. Food is wrong or just not up the minimal standard.
They do alright here. There is usually something wrong with your food. The service is pretty okay. They are currently trying a weird drive thru system that makes no sense and doesn't seem to improve food or service.
We keep going back but it's always a little sad. Hoping they figure it all out!
