It's a taco bell, you know what you're getting into when you pull up. However, this taco bell is more consistent than most and screws up my order the least out of all the ones I visit frequently on the East Coast so bonus points. Also they're relatively quick even on busier nights so that's a plus.Took some points off for atmosphere as 1 of their 2 self serve kiosks has been actively broken for months lol. Bathrooms aren't the absolute worst either but definitely not reliably "clean". Also sometimes the soda fountain area is kinda gross?

It must be hard to find a drive through operator that isn’t bland, rude and clearly hasn’t woken up from a dream of “everything is about me” attitude. I’ll ensure to never come here again.

Second time I drove thru here. YOU guys are amazing as far as professionalism (yet relaxed ?), considerate & on-the-ball. And y’all look like teens, so I wouldn’t anticipate it cuz I have teens.So many Taco Bells I’m skeptical of when it comes to eating the food they serve; I’ve sadly tossed a cupl of batches & now avoid in metro areas.However, this is the absolute best Taco Bell I’ve been to. And I just drove from San Diego to NH to SC over a month+ ‘eating out’ every meal.The veggies are all clean & fresh, the shells are crisp, tortillas soft & doughy. And they put items together as intended (not mutilated). Even the paper wrap is folded in a manner that lessens spills & makes consumption smoother ??If there’s some award from TB for being a model store, this location should be it. ~Y’all rock ~*disclaimer: I didn’t go inside so it could be a wreck ?

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for almost 4 years now. Majority of it has been after 12 midnight because I’m F&B. I’ve seen it struggle through short staff, long drive thru lines, etc. But tonight (1/28 @ 12:09am) was the absolute worst. I requested extra toppings on my Crunchwrap Supreme and it was the driest, blandest tasting item I’ve ever received. Usually, Main Street KILLS it to the point that I brag about it to all my friends and co-workers but tonight sucked. Everything about it. Food, temperature, customer service, EVERYTHING. I won’t be returning as I can usually hit Ashley Phosphate in the drive home. ✌️

The food is what you would expect for taco bell but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I had only barley had gotten a third of the food I ordered to begin with. The staff was rude and unprofessional when I asked kindly about the missing parts of my order and they also kept ignoring me. They were rude, and they kept trying to tell me I did not pay for the rest of it when I had the online conformation that showed I did because it was all ordered together. I told them calmly they needed to look back on their end of the order. I also showed proof before they looked again on their end. They saw I was correct and was upset that I was. The woman who had to help fix the problem was like okay so all this is what you claim you paid for. They all had snotty attitude. They still were rude/passive aggressive, but I got the rest of my order after going back and fourth with them. When they finally got everything they put it in one huge bag that ripped they saw it did and ignored it. I held the bag in an off position to not drop it due to the huge tear. I also did not receive any of the sauces I requested so I had to grab my own sauces for a big huge entire order. The order was for work, and it was for a lot of people. I shouldn't have to tell someone how to do their job nor should I have to do the other part of their job. They are lazy people who work here, and do not put in effort.I've worked in customer service and as a waitress before. The behavior they all exhibited was completely unacceptable, and brings shame to the food/bev industry. It does not matter if you work fast food or in a restaurant, that behavior is completely unacceptable. Even when I've had rude customers I would have never spoken to them the way this staff did to me. I was not rude to them, and it was uncalled for. Do not be surprised if you have the same experience from this taco bell like I did.

The employees denied my service because they said I had to use the kiosk but I only have cash in the cash is not take the key off they were just standing there looking at me for 15 minutes not doing their job this place is pathetic
