I came close to 8pm tonight and they were severely understaffed! As soon as I walked in the door, the customers in there told me it was gonna be a while. This location has made a major improvement. I usually stop in before work. I went all last week. Customer service was excellent and the food was excellent. The food came stuffed with all ingredients and was hot. This is the Taco Bell I remember from the 90s. Love the new $3 menu as well.
35 minutes to get a dine in order doesn’t quite seem like fast food at all. Dining room full of people waiting for orders or needing items remade because they were incorrect. If you have a staffing issue suggest closing the dine in or drive thru, not going to hurt financially any worse than all the people who left instead of waiting.
