I stopped there for breakfast. Worse experience ever.Ordered a breafast bacon burrito.After eatin 2/3s of it I started choking on something that had a hard plastic consistency. When I took it from my mouth it looked like dried mucous with black fibers protruding from it. I threw up upon seeing.On was on my way to a meeting .But bound a determined to tell this story. From now on thats it for fast food.Ill get up earlier and cook.

When You go there at 10pm they are playing in the store. They can't ever get your order right and they are very disrespectful people. I don't think they have a night manager and if they do the manager doesn't care. I had to have my order remade 3 times one night and then tonight they didn't make it correct and was playing all over the food. I won't be back at night anymore this is the last time. They really need to do better. When I worked at wendys they didn't let you do all that playing and being disrespectful to people and there orders. It's sad we don't have good service anymore.

Honestly one of the most pathetic drive through experiences I've ever had. Despite only two cars ahead of me and minimal guests in the building, it took over 20 minutes to receive my food, with half of that time being at the window. Fries weren't fresh, no straw in the bag, wrong drink, and customer service with less personality than granite. Can't recommend coming to this location for any reason, as the food isn't fast and it isn't satisfying either.

Horrible experience, I will only come back to see how it is again and rate them q star again if I have to wait 30 minutes for my to go order while they focus ONLY ON MOBILE ORDERS I managed a wendys in Tennessee, this is not how business is supposed to be done, guests in the lobby and drive thru are a priority number 1, my burgers were old and stale I spent 40 dollars worst wendys I've been to in a very long time, my wife got a salad and the croutons were just a fine powder in the bottom of the bag this is horrible the fries were older than 30 minutes cause we were in there that long and I watched them not stir them result them or even make new ones and throw out the old ones. This is very bad and I will be letting my wife make a rating on this place also if this is not corrected.

Horrible experience. They claim fresh food but. When my wife and I got our food it was fairly cold and she had asked for no pickles. Bet you can guess what was on it. Looks like they just grabbed burgers off the warmer thinking we wouldn't notice. This will be the last time we visit this location. Been disappointed the last 3 times we've been to this location.

I cannot think of a time that I have eaten here where they have gotten my order right. Not one single time. In this visit, they left out four items. You think I would learn my lesson and just not order from here anymore, but I continue to give them chances and i am always let down. Store is filthy. The only positive thing i can say is that the cashier was friendly.

We order on Uber eats a decent amount.. we have stopped ordering from Wendy's so much due to constant issues. A month ago we ordered and 4 different drivers went to pick up order and canceled pickup due to issues at the restaurant. We waited 2 hours until I canceled and I went to pickup food from somewhere else.
Tonight we ordered and only received 1/2 of our order. Driver was willing to go back and manager told us there was nothing they could do about it. I needed to address with Uber. This last one happens often when we order. Everytime we order from them we regret it. We will no longer be ordering from this Wendy's.

Soda machine sprayed soda on us.
Hamburgers were cold to touch, and the cheese wasn't at all melted. French fries and chicken nuggets were good. The younger people working there were amazing and tried to help the customers .

Unfortunately, all wendys are the same drive thru lines are long and it takes forever to get basic food. The guy at the drive thru window was very friendly and professional nevertheless

This Wendy's location is horrible, Fries where cold, grilled chicken wrap was disgusting! Usually, I go to Wendy's and they grilled chicken sandwich is like the best in this case not so much. Please work on making your grilled chicken sandwich is better because this one's horrible
