If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional crew and service is horrible. You wait 30+ mins either in drive thru or inside doesn’t matter. I don’t know how this location is still open. First time I gave them grace, second time is strictly on me and I will not return. Please find some staff that don’t mind working and know how to work as a team.

Stood at the register for 21 minutes before they took my order first in line. Ask for my burger to be off grill just to ensure a nice hot burger after waiting for 21 minutes. Cook said this is off grill. The burger is cold. Won’t even melt the cheese. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to their customer service sucks & their employees do not acknowledge customers who are standing at the counter waiting to order or even acknowledge the dashers who come in to pick up a order! Do better and hire some employees who aren’t ignorant!

Food was below average, but what troubled me was the lavatory was behind the kitchen and was cockroach infested..I EVEN SAW ONE WALKING FROM THE TOILET TOWARDS THE KITCHEN!!! Gross Very very dirty... Lost my appetite...I had to use the restroom. Had to wait for a good 10 Mt's coz a homeless lady was using it...honestly I don't have anything against them but how about getting the bathroom disinfected and cleaned. .. Saw dead and live roaches inside!!!!
By far the worst fast food experience I’ve had. The food took forever to get as they concentrated on the drive thru instead of the customers inside. The food was cold, not anything even close to room temp, cold. Completely awful, never again

Went through drive thru had 4 drinks 2 were sweet tea which tasted sour/bad. Called to let them know manager questioned me saying it was bad I said it tastes like it was made yesterday go taste it. She said I made it this morning but thanks for letting us know. I wasn't asking for money back or anything so idk what the issue was with me doing them a courtesy of letting them know before they had a customer that was not being as nice. Smh!! All staff needs more customer service training. Won't go back!

Tried to give these guys another late night chance.(Because they advertise) Waited about 10 min at the drive thru with no response. There were cars in the parking lot with their lights on, and when I left there was someone inside. I just went next door....and got taken care of right away. THANK YOU TACO BELL
