Ye Ole Fashioned Ice Cream and Sandwich Cafe

Great ice cream. Was just going to get ice cream for the kids but the kids meal is a great deal. Food plus ice cream for about the same cost as just the ice cream.

The place was dirty, the waiters do not care for you, and the ice creme had jelly instead of pineapple and strawberry on it. Not coming back.

Yum!! I got a brownie sundae, and the ones with me got a banana split and a shake. So good. They also have sandwiches and salads.

You would think the server at the window would understand how they serve the ice cream. I got double charged for wanting a 2 scoop cup (he thought I was talking about a milk shake) i didn't say anything about a milk shake if I did I would say milk shake but no you double charged me for an item I didn't want. I should report this to my bank because that was a bunch of nonsense. Im going somewhere else for my ice cream from now on.

Ordered ice cream, a BLT sandwich, and fries. After ordering in the drive thru it started to downpour rain. A co-worker ran out in the pouring rain to give us our order. Just amazing service!

I've been going here since my teenage years and I can say it's gone down hill by service, food and it's not always clean inside. The food isn't as it use to be, the workers don't communicate with each other about orders only about gossip. Last time my chicken tenders were overcooked and now this time I found something in my chicken tender salad that doesn't belong.

Stopped in w/a warm welcome from an older lady that knew the menu and favorites well,she spoke highly of the popular salads and burgers I had salad 1 day and burger the next ,food was on point and right amount. Ice cream is always on point ,I mean I could pick a part a brand new place but why ? I knew its was an older fam est that offers jobs for all in the community to keep the family business running. Good energy good customer service and a to go box for later ,it is what it is as what to be expected, if I wanted to go downtown charleston on kings st and feel like a king and pay 34 for a burger thats still red meat then I would expected total trip of 150 for couple...thanks again good service.

I love Ye Ole Fashioned. However, they suck with the Uber/doordash orders. This is the second time I'm missing stuff from my order. I got my fries and Acia Bowl. I did not get my cheese for my fries or my burger. Sure, I can get my money back but I still do not have my food and I have nothing else to eat.

I’ve been coming here for years and the service and food has always been good. That’s not easy in this industry to maintain such good quality. They have a versatile menu.

I was generously helped out by a young man and young woman named karmyn and Matthew their costumer service was off the roof karmyn made my fries so delicious so sweet and nice and were very accommodating!
