Ye Ole Fashioned Ice Cream and Sandwich Cafe

the place was DISGUSTING, seats are sticky, floor is covered in food and grime, stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped while 6 teenagers looked at us and were laughing and talking. They barely even tried to help us. There are 12 kids working and not one asked for our order while we waited by the register for 10 minutes.

Great service! Clean, great food, and excellent seating. Loved it!

Guy messed up my burger twice
Put everything on it the first time went and asked for a new one with only ketchup and pickles and cheese and came back with that but with mustard on it like how do you mess up twice

Griffin served me the best grilled chicken salad I've had in years. Addison was constantly busy. She never stood still. I admire young people with good work ethics and professional personalities. The young lady who gave me my to go Pepsi zero is another example of good quality customer service. 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s. I'll definitely be back!!

Always great prices and good food. On my last visit, I had a tuna salad sandwich combo with crinkle cut fries and a drink. It was delicious!

Always great ice cream. Employees are nice and cheerful.

Always over sized scoops (which is the best) including the sample sizes. They have the best flavor as wells.

I normally don’t frequent places that are about to close but I was hungry and didn’t want McDonald’s or Wendy’s and now I’m wishing I went there at least I know what to expect from them. My tenders were burnt and tasted as if the oil may need to be changed and my fries were under cooked. The young lady that helped me forgot about me as she seemed to be busy with her side work to get the business closed. I’m truly disappointed in my meal

It had been years since I had been to ye Ole Fashion, but I wanted a good Hamburger that wasn't overpriced so I went there and was not dissatisfied.

Ok so .i arrived at store on a 2nd trip because part of my order was missing and didn’t realize til I got back to my room. Called told them the issue and I was on my way to pick up rest of my order. No big thing. FYI it was about 15 minutes to close. So I walk in and waited for someone to greet me the consumer and say how can I help you. A whole 8 minutes goes by before anyone speaks . 9 people in the store and no one speaks to a customer coming into your establishment. I know it’s almost closing time but that’s terrible customer service.

The place is called The Old Fashioned restaurant more like the old-fashioned processed beef patty you could literally taste the fakeness with every bite

My husband and I went to this shop a couple of weeks ago. It was ok at first but it was a little busy and there was only 1 person really working. The Supervisor working that day finally came out to help this poor girl, but stayed on her cell phone the entire time. The Supervisor was very short with her and basically wasn't much help. I found a hair in my food but didn't say anything because the Supervisor seemed very confrontational and it just wasn't worth it. I heard the 1 girl that was waiting on everyone call "Jen", so I assume that's the Supervisor/Managers name. It wasn't clean in there so that definitely decided for me that we won't be going back. I feel bad for the girl working that day because the Supervisor/Manager was so rude and acted so put out that she had to help and she didn't do much for that girl.

It took a little while to order but I did eventually!I found a hair in my sprite so yeah!I ordered a chicken salad I dressed it up myself cause they forget to put dressing in my bag

Family has been eating here for over 25 years. We love Ye Ole Fashioned! All of the food here is made fresh as you order. No food is already prepared sitting under heat lamps. Please be patient with the employees as each order is hand made. Orders to go have to be made and then packaged for pickup or delivery. Please be mindful that when using the drive through, this is best for picking up an order! If you’re ordering from the drive through ALL of your food has to be cooked and packaged, then delivered to you. Adding these tips to help you get your food as quickly as possible. These kids are working hard and we appreciate the service at Ye Ole Fashioned!
