Horrible!!! There were 8 people in that restaurant in back. The girl who took my money never spoke one word. I watched her as she smashed the lid to one of my dinners. Her nasty hands that handles money. Yuk. Idky she's there. They were all bumping into each other like a pin ball machine. Ha I'll stick to Popeyes. No more Bojangles. Oh. My biscuit was smashed to bits.

Your average fast food service. Food was ok. Lacked flavor. Huge pieces of chicken. Biscuits were great. Everything else was pretty bland. Great valve but just pack some seasoning.

I went through the drive-through for breakfast.I don't usually eat at fast food places for breakfast.But I heard that the smoked sausage biscuit was good and early in the morning, I agree. It was good. The biscuit was fresh! I could have eaten 2 without the smoke sausage.

Food is usually pretty good, but the service is terrible. They are always extremely slow, even when there are only 1 or 2 people waiting. Every time I order online, it takes them an extra 15 minutes AFTER I arrive to get me my food. It seems like they just wait for the person to arrive before working on their food, which is horribly inefficient. It also seems like the workers struggle with reading comprehension, as half of the time I get given incorrect food. All dark means all dark, and no white meat . Also half the time the fries have literally no seasoning on them at all, which is not ideal.

I had gone up there to get their gravy and biscuits with extra gravy on the side. Never gotten my extra gravy even though I paid and there biscuits looked horrible and dry hardly any gravy on it. Also I ordered a large Bo rounds for five dollars and it barely filled the container I should have just purchased a medium order for how it looked. I called bojangles and was put on hold without warning was told just sorry about that and hung up on. I’m sorry but they need to be better at communicating with the customer like when putting someone on hold let them know you’re doing it. And at least try and fix the situation instead of I’m sorry and hanging up. Not sure I will be back.

Came in for the after 5 special I was given spicy chicken did not ask for that I have acid reflux really bad very unsatisfied. Chicken thigh was old.

I went today at 5pm to get the 8piece special. I STAY 15 MINUTES AWAY AND MY CHICKEN WAS COLD!! like it was sitting under a light for 4 hours!! I was very disappointed when I got home! I guess if I go back there I need to open the box to make sure it's hot chicken!!! I would give a 0 if I could!!!!!!!
