Got 3 chicken bowls and got home and so little in bowls had to find something else to eat.Bowls was no where near half full.Columbia gives you what you advertise and pay for!Sumter Bj suck on broad st!

Our visit was pleasant in driveway thru. We had a simple order of seasoned fries and sweet potato pie. Fries were fresh. We had to pull up to wait about 5 to 7 minutes. They were fresh and hot but not seasoned. I was tired from traveling all day so I wasn't happy to have get out the car and go in the store for seasoning. I know it sounds tedious but you asked for my feedback.

Ordered to go and had to remind the staff that I placed an order over 25 minutes ago. To then turn and wait some more. At the time of order, they had the items available, when reminded that we placed an order they ran out.... It's really hard to get food here. I ran into the same experience a month or so ago and tried to give the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just an off day. Nope still the same result.

The food is always fresh and tasty, I stop here every time I am traveling South. My only complaint is that they typically mess up my order, so check before you leave. My go-to is the Southern Filet biscuit with egg and cheese.

Done with Bojangles! Coffee barely warm. Biscuit so crumbly I could not pick it up with out falling apart. Worst experience I ever had at Bojangles. Broad st. Sumter, SC.
Fast food fried chicken and biscuits. I always loved this place growing up but the service has gone down hill. I always do drive and as it goes... you'll end up missing items so check your bag before you leave. The chicken crust was hard as a rock as well. Sad to see one of my fans go this way. At least the dirty rice was still good.

Had to leave because I stood in line 10 minutes to get to the register and be ignored. Made a comment that I’m about to go somewhere else and the young girl behind the counter said “then go” so I left without even getting to order or anyone letting me know they even knew I was there except for the smart comment.
