I always stop for a slice and its always delicious. And today I called to cancel a order because unfortunately my daughter and I are sick and cannot have our birthday party. Well it was so easy. Within an hour I had an email stating I would be getting a full refund. And then they called me to follow up and make sure I received my refund email. Great customer service and GREAT COOKIES!
