Stood there waiting for our order to be taken. Man standing there cleaning acting like he didn’t even see us. Walked by us twice and went to the back. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and was thinking maybe he wasn’t the one doing orders because someone else was in the back. Well finally he comes and puts his hands on the counter and kinda leans forward and says can I get you something…. Yeah.. not anymore. I had to walk away.

I love the cookies from this place, but the people were not the most patient with me and my two friends. Considering it was one of the few times I visited, I will probably end up coming again. Maybe not the one at the sumter mall though.

I always stop for a slice and its always delicious. And today I called to cancel a order because unfortunately my daughter and I are sick and cannot have our birthday party. Well it was so easy. Within an hour I had an email stating I would be getting a full refund. And then they called me to follow up and make sure I received my refund email. Great customer service and GREAT COOKIES! Always had them at my birthday party growing up!We finally got to have our party and my daughters cake was so cute! Not the best work ever but it was easy to read and had the cutest little unicorn! I'm so appreciative of their hard work. It also was about 30 minutes late just be aware that sometimes they are late.

I used to love coming here to get some fresh cookies. But now they are NOT the same, unfortunately. Now, the cookies taste like they have been sitting out all day and they are not soft at all. Guess I have to find other Great American Cookies to go to.

So I ordered a Cookie Cake So I wanna know what The purpose of picking a cookie cake from the book if it's not gomna look anything like the Picture.. You need to hire People who know how to decorate The Cookie Cake Because Mines looked like a kid decorated it!!! Happy Birthday was Lopsided!! the Balloons on the cookie looked like Suckers!! And then there was an Exclamation Point after my sons Name I didn't ask for that and it wasn't on the Sample Picture I picked...Never Again!!!

Ordered a cookie cake for graduation, it was supposed to be a giant softball saying Congrats Grad but instead I got a cookie with a tiny baseball on it.
