We had our food to-go. Unfortunately, we were missing several items. I filled out an online feedback that was sent and in turn, Chili's sent a gift card for the missing items. We will be back as the food was delicious.

i sat down with some friends tonight at chilis and waited about 20-25 mins and nobody noticed us after we were sat. eventually i got up and told the lady at the front we had been waiting for a while, and then the manager i’m guessing came to the table. she was extremely nice and apologetic for the wait and was anxious to get us our beverages quickly because i could tell she felt bad. our drinks came out and were great and so was the food. she even gave us a discount on our food...
