Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in the 30 states I’ve gone. The food was either soggy or way too burnt and served cold not to mention the closing crew met several customers with careless attitudes. Closing time wasn’t even an hour till and yet they only had one meat option, one bean option, and what seemed like rice left out the entire day. Never will I go back to this establishment. If I could, I would leave zero stars.

I arrived a little after 10:15PM, and I saw a worker just sitting on the counter talking with other workers, doors already locked (a recurring trend). What's the point of saying you're open until 11PM daily if your doors are consistently locked 30-45 minutes earlier?

I was there today Saturday 09/08/2025 at 5:31 pm and I was attended by a girl named Makiyah, she was very disrespectful to me, she doesn't know how to treat a client. I was waiting for her to charge me because the girl was on her phone and she didn't answer me, I said hello and she answered me with a lot of attitude. The food is good but I think they should pay attention to the staff, they shouldn't treat customers as if they didn't care.

They claim to open at 10:45 got there at 11:05 you got 4 to 5 people just looking at the door with people waiting outside you got a long line for drive through and no one’s doing anything worst chipotle I have ever been to

Though I prefer Chipotle food 100% over Moes, when I’m in Sumter I always go to Moes. The atmosphere, employees and customer service at Moes are far superior to this particular Chipotle location.

Absolutely amazing staff. Just wish they’d have an option to tip on the screen after payment along with A/C when it’s 100° out! Poor workers. Ought to be some sort of health/safety violation to not provide A/C in a restaurant.

They were mid construction, although they pulled off great service and taste. I’d recommend keeping an eye on this one, they are going places.

I walked in to get food before my shift. No one is at the counter but at the to go line talking. Waited five more minutes, no one came. Worse experience here

I came in today for a burrito bowl. Once I approached the counter. I immediately noticed an employee on the other side of the counter holding her baby, critiquing other employees very loudly and rude. I also noticed other staff in the back of the establishment yelling at the employees who were fixing the food, it was very uncomfortable to witness and visually see the people who were working obviously uncomfortable as well.
