I absolutely love Chipotle but this by far is the worst location! I went yesterday, 11/22/25, and they were out of all meats, out of vinaigrette dressing, the salad was brown, employees in the back to the right were gathered laughing and talking, one employee out front facing angry customers and the register wasn’t working. So even if they did have food, you couldn’t checkout. At least five other customers walked out when I did. This location needs a serious overhaul or shut the dam doors.

I love Chipotle, however i am EXTREMELY disappointed with my portion size for a meal that ended up costing me $25. I ordered extra chicken and got a half portioned size. Sadly I don't like my money being wasted and I will not be returning again. Tried to call to make a complaint and nobody but the automatic answering machine answers. Also, the food arrived cold like it was jist taken from the refrigerator. If I could score a zero, I would.

Rude customer service. Place stated open at 10:45 store was closed. We tried to ask how long it may take and the customer service rep had an attitude and when we only tried to see how much long it maybe since we had to wait outside w group of people coming.

Tables still had chairs stacked up, food just being cooked and with rude service we left.

Floors were dirty as well would not recommend.

Ordered food online at 6:53pm to be picked up in the drive thru. Waited from 7:05 until 7:55 before our order was ready. Ordered two bowls, one was cold.

This a repost because they took down my initial post. Bottom line, this location is one of THEE WORSE chipotle restaurants as shown by the horrible overall rating which would reflect an even lower rating if they'd stop removing posts. I wrote about one of their young employees who was the supposed manager on shift who became verbally combative when I expressed my issues about the poor quality of food. I hope they've addressed her unprofessional conduct and made her stop wearing that Victoria Secrets Pink jacket. But most of all, I hope she's found a different profession other than the service industry!

I'm a door dasher and watched them drop prep containers and pick it up and kept making my dash food with the same gloves they picked the food and containers off the floor with. Im Hella disgusted and had to call the customer to let them know. To make matters worse a worker came in and the manager asked if she had a fever, nausea and the runs and she responded yes and she let her clock in

First time eating chipotle and it was the worst food experience Ive ever had. Food was so bad I could only eat two bites. The whole place was a mess with food all over every table the floors and the register. All the employees standing around not even greeting you when you walk in. The worst part an employee went to the women’s bathroom where I know had no soap and came back out and went to making to orders.

Worst customer service ever. Never got greeted and when I asked for plain white rice and with attitude I was told it’s not on the menu so we don’t serve it. Could not believe how rude they were. Sad fact is no one else was in lobby waiting behind me.

Never go here unless you want bad attitude

They run out of chicken and queso mid day came here twice, two different weeks they were out of something at 2:30pm. No rice was made the employee attempted to give me scraps as if that was ok.

Was so looking forward to eating here! Man did it sure disappoint! No meat available except the pork! There was a spoonful of steak and chicken left in the pans that looked like it had been there since yesterday. The rice “looked ok” but it was hard and crunchy when eaten. Service was slow and awkward like wasn’t sure if dude was high or just not there. Service line dirty, food everywhere.
Standing in line ordering, I should have listened to that voice in my head telling me to “run now, do not eat here!” WONT BE BACK! Too many other places around to spend my hard earned money!
