Absolutely terrible service. The employees here are unbelievably rude. I asked for the manager’s name, and instead of being helped, I was hung up on. Completely unprofessional. I’ve been coming here since they opened and have never experienced such disrespect until now. The service I received was uncalled for and completely unacceptable. Inedible. Ordered the beef bulgogi. Never had bulgogi that looked or tasted like what they served me. Bulgogi should be seasoned fire-roasted sliced beef, which was what it looked like on the menu. What I was given looked like chipped meat with a red sauce; tasted awful. Ate the steamed broccoli and carrots off the top; the rest went in the trash, $16 wasted. I’ll never go back.
This has become one of my favorite restaurants in town! I love supporting small, family owned businesses but this one has exceeded my expectations over and over. The desserts are unique and high quality, every meal I have tried has been amazing. My favorite right now is the Khao Soi with rice instead of noodles with a butterfly pea tea 🤤 I think the food is very child friendly unless you expect chicken nuggets at ethnic restaurants
