The overall staff needs an overhaul for night shift. To say there was myself and another customer the wait time needs improving. If you're going to have a cashier upfront taking orders she needs to be trained on answering questions correctly when asked about a certain item on the menu. The overall experience is typical when there are young kids working at night. The manager may want to talk to her staff that works at night.
Every time I come to Sumter I like to eat here but my experience this time was actually awful. Food took longer than normal which is fine cause I wasn’t in a rush. However my fried shrimp dumplings were ice cold in the middle. Like they were frozen and not cooked thoroughly. Also my steak was horrible. Overcooked and very dry. Hoping the quality of the food improves.

Absolutely perfect! We ordered the steak and chicken teriyaki entree, the fried dumplings, mon crunch rolls and the sushi combo meal with ocean rolls and I replaced the seaweed salad with veggies and boy let me tell you, just perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the flavor of everything. Good job y’all!
