I loooove Chipotle but lately they have been declining in food quality and customer service. I hope management. makes some changes to improve things back to what made me a returning customer.

With this story it's like watermelons...you never know how the food is going to turn out. Good or bad. The rice is occasionally not cooked properly when they spoon it in the bowl you can hear how hard the grains are hitting the bowl. If the steak is not fresh it's usually too dry. The staff is usually helpful, but they move like sloths on some days. I don't know what's happening, but it almost seem like you have to pay extra for every little thing on your...

Absolutely amazing staff. Just wish they’d have an option to tip on the screen after payment along with A/C when it’s 100° out! Poor workers. Ought to be some sort of health/safety violation to not provide A/C in a restaurant.
