Very poor customer service. No smile, no greeting, had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. Once we got our food, I had to ask for our drinks. I then had to go back up and wait several more minutes just to ask for the sauce that is supposed to come with the onion rings. While I was waiting, a woman was cleaning tables, there was nobody in the lobby the entire time we were there, why couldn't she stop and help me? She saw me standing there waiting for something....
The food was only okay. The barbeque plate was especially disappointing, with a kind of ground meat in a patty shape as the centerpiece. The service was slow despite our group being one of only two customers in the store. The store was cold, with no discernable heat except what came from the kitchen. The best aspect of this visit was the low price!
Food was just OK. Service was very slow, dining area loud and the staff acted like they were upset that we were there. Hope it was just an off day - one of our group made a comment that they were under staffed but when they opened the door to the kitchen 5 of their employees were standing there talking instead of serving the customers. Do better Cook Out
