Terrrible customer service from Server Mckaylin T last night. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to provide a menu for us to take to the table because we had 4 small grandchildren with us who didnt know what they wanted. It was their first and last experience there. Not only was she rude she made a face at me behind my back that my grandson caught. It took over a hour to get our food even though people who came in and placed their orders behind us were served before us. Our order was very simple, a medium cheese, pizza, a medium pepperoni pizza and two BLT subs we saw people get specialty pizzas that were ordered after us get their order before us. It wasn’t until one of the workers who was on a break happened to overhear us complaining and came over and very nicely checked on us and asked us what we had ordered when we told her she went and checked on it and then 30 minutes later, we got our order well part of it. They brought it to our table and said can I bring you anything else and I said how about the rest of the order and she asked what was missing and I told her our subs we were told the manager was not there but the manager son was there and asked to speak with him not because we wanted anything for free we felt like the girl at the register needs customer service training, but he never came to our table so we left and we just won’t be back.

Food was average quality, took 45 minutes for my to-go order of chicken carbonara.

The food is good but cashier ask me to repeat my order 2 twice and still forgot to add my mayo and mustard and the manager response was to drive all the way back out there to put it on my sub. That was poor customer service stating that was the policy. Definitely not how to handle a situation like that when you’re wrong, correct it at a later visit.

Too much cheese, too much pepperoni. It just results in a bunch of grease and a heavy soggy pizza. Next time I come I’ll be asking for less cheese. I’m a New Yorker.

The food is good, but the service needs A LOT of help. Was told there would be a 25 min wait, and ended up waiting an hour. If it’s going to be an hour wait, that’s fine, but be honest because most people would just get food elsewhere. An hour wait for takeout food is atrocious. Someone needs to get it together

Had dinner here for first time in quite awhile. The food was OK, nothing to complain about. However, the young lady at the front counter was impatient, rude and condescending. There were no mix-ups, complaints on our part...nothing remarkable that happened, except that it may have taken a little longer to order our food than the front counter person liked. With an 85-year old mother-in-law and two granddaughters accompanying us, I felt like I was expected to rattle off my order in under 15 seconds. There was no one else in line to order, by the way. Every request or interaction with this young lady was met with a poor attitude. I left astonished that management would put up with this. Zero tip. We will not be coming back.

Food is extremely good but yall can bet I won’t order here again after how the lady on the phone just spoke to me. Extremely rude over the phone. I get yall are busy but some customer service would have been nice. Extremely rude over the phone and got an attitude everytime I said I wanted to add something or didn’t want something on a sub. Whoever yall got on y’all’s phones shouldn’t be answering the phones at all.

We went for lunch and ordered pizzas. I had a meat lovers and it was a ton of sausage just poured on top. I literally had to scrape it off , it was unpleasant. My friend ordered house special pizza and the olives and green peppers were just piled on top.

The service is so poor here. And they are slower than ice melting in the freezer. Customer service is non-existent! Do not except anyone to care that you are there.

I heard about this place from a past student and decided to check it out. Took me awhile to find the place because I could not remember the name. Anyway, the location is neatly tucked into a little spot close to the Air Force base. The restaurant is spacious with more than enough dine in facilities. There were several choices of food to order. Then I realized the prices were much lower than other pizza places in the same area. We ordered our food and sat down to wait. The wait was a bit long because we did not call ahead or order online. My son said he enjoyed the cheese pizza and would definitely go back. My steak and cheese sub tasted good but I was not convinced it was real steak. It looked like processed meat and so I scraped it out of the sub and ate the bread, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. I wasn’t full but at least I didn’t eat the processed meat that is so unhealthy. I may rerun another time and order something else because despite eating the sub with no meat, the food tasted good.

The friendliest Italian resto in Sumter. The food is amazing. I ordered a special pizza, carbonara, and an Authentic Gyro with mixed lamb and beef. Let me tell you, it all was amazing. The crispy pizza was so good I ate it in the parking lot. This presto could only improve by letting people know they are so wonderful. Friendly staff makes a return visit a must. 50 years in busimess and counting. Best Italian in the area.

Always the best food! Try the Summer salad. It is huge and can feed several people or you will have leftovers to take home. ??❤️
