I have been to this location 3 times in the past week. Food is excellent and customer service is excellent. Angela has greeted me all 3 times with a smile , held conversations and is very sweet. Angela is doing an excellent job in her Industry and I pray she knows that she is!
I went in there and requested them to remake my pep/bacon pizza because they skimped on it and she tried to say “there’s bacon on every slice”. I said “that doesn’t mean you didn’t skimp. It looks like a light bacon-d pizza”. She told me I could purchase a new one and I said “no ma’am, I will not buy another one. You will remake my pizza for free”. And she kept telling me that she wasn’t going to. I told her “I use to work at dominos. I know for a fact if cooperate came through right now, this pizza would fail” and she said “call cooperate then, babe” (unprofessional) I laughed at her and said “don’t worry, I’m going to, after I get my pizza remade. I’m always having issues with this location and this is the first I’ve ever mentioned anything”. She called her GM (FaceTime) and her GM said “I mean, go ahead and remake it, but it’s gonna come out looking the same”. And I responded “oh okay, so y’all do this to all your customers? Noted.” Such a poor representation of a company, both the “manager” and general manager for not correcting her employer. The whole place was a mess! You only have 2 orders on the screen and the guy on the makeline is moving like a sloth having the orders turn red, the phones are ringing off the hook. Side note: I ordered online because when I tried calling the store I was on hold for 10 minutes both times. Aprons aren’t on person, ones laying on the floor in the front end right behind the counter, hoodies are on top of their uniform top. “Manager” is on her personal phone in the office and then walks out and greets customers as phone is still to her head??? Everything that could have possibly gone wrong, went wrong.
I just want to add, the remake was still Undertopped on the bacon. REPLACE YOUR SCALE BATTERIES, I know for a fact y’all aren’t meeting food numbers, and that’s probably why toppings are being skimped. Another thing, how are you going to forget the ranch on a chicken bacon ranch sandwich? I feel like I’ve given a fair amount of chances to this specific location and every time they have failed me somehow. I will definitely be making the trip to the other location here in Sumter if/when I go back.
Whichever manager worked the afternoon/evening shift at 311 West Mark Rd needs to be retrained and/or replaced!

Ordered for delivery. Never received food. On hold forever trying to get refund. I would suggest never ordering from here. Garbage service. District manager needs to get involved because local isn't doing anything about it.
Terrible place to order pizza it’s bad because I’m originally from this area and I come home to see my family and they deliver pizza3 times I had my granddaughter with me she was starving after 3 hours of waiting on pizza I spoke with a manager that was very disrespectful and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say
Do not order from here period. Took them THREE HOURS to deliver a pizza. I called and they didn't even want to hear me, the first person i spoke to just ignored me for five minutes after 10 minutes on hold, and then asked for ME to drive and get it, if i waited for them to make a NEW pizza. I paid online so i already paid for the delivery and the tip! Absolutely horrible service. My order? One pizza with onions and one pasta. Needs to be closed for how awful it is

Ordered a delivery at 6:30 p.m.. was missing part of my order. Called the store and was assured that it would be replaced on the next delivery. By 9:30 p.m. I got fed up and drove to the store where the guy cutting pizzas took the cell phone that was wedged against his ear for the 20 minutes I waited in store and placed that same phone on the box interior that he put my food into. If there's not some district or regional manager they can get this place functioning, then DHEC certainly needs to.

NEVER order delivery from here. This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery and nothing came. Talked to the store no explanation just one delivery driver. Rude, disorganized and fused about a refund.

Listen closely; this is a Domino’s in Sumter, South Carolina. It’s hard to keep decent workers and it’s a thankless job. It’s one of the few decent/quick pizza places in town. Go to Sambino’s or De Mara’s if you want a “made for you” pizza. This domino’s has to serve Sumter AND Shaw Air Force Base. Google how many people work at Shaw. Sumter has a population of 50K and the Base has about 10K workers daily, who eat a lot of pizza.
Dontrell is currently working there and he made about 50 pizzas (I had 10 of those) all before 12:30pm. He was the only one working and the entire time he was patient and hard working. He took calls and spoke to customers. Dontrell is a machine who deserves better.
The quality of this store will vary with whoever is working there. As of this review they have a staff who cares about serving customers. If you want a better pizza, make it yourself. If you want a decent pizza with basic toppings and use pre-made dough that’s shipped in, come on over.

Very rude and disrespectful workers, tried to get our order delivered and it didn’t get delivered until an hour and a half later. Went there in person and we pulled up company policy because we were supposed to get our food an hour prior. They said they don’t follow company policy in their location. The lady at the counter had the rudest attitude towards us all because we wanted our refund back and because we pulled up the company policy.

Apparently, they don’t follow company policy. They we waited two hours for a peso never received. It went down to the store argued with us, pulled up company policy about the refund, and the pizza ended up not getting either. Hundred dollar order only gave us $20 back kind of a scam.
Absolute dump of an establishment. Girl working straight up told me I can’t order a pizza when they don’t close for another 45 minutes. Never coming back

Our favorite quick pizza spot!! Always offer good coupon deals. Even when their busy, workers acknowledge customers when walking in the door.
