Witnessed the poor workers getting harassed by a 70 year old who doesn't understand technology and handled it so professionally. Plus the food was so good and those young men at the counter worked so hard hats off to you guys.

When I ordered over the phone, it was supposed to be a 2 topping Medium pizza and some Parmesan twists.
However when I got them it was a m Meatlovers and some cinnamon twists. The pizza was obviously old and they obviously didn't care to make the pizza I asked for, and instead gave me a pizza that was already made.
This is unacceptable behavior, and I expect the staff and management to be better.

Didn’t deliver the pizza. Straight up lied to me when I confronted them at the store. Tried to pretend like they delivered it, but couldn’t even remember the address or apt complex.

Ordered my food at 8pm and by 11pm still never received my food! Tracker said order complete, went up there and showed them my order to which they gave me some bullcrap story saying it was out for delivery now. Got back home and still no food! And nobody answers the phone!

This place is sometimes hit or miss but in the last 4 to 6 months it has gone downhill. The orders are almost always wrong. When you try to call or come back to get your order right the employees make it seem like it’s your fault that they messed up your order. You don’t have very many options in Sumter so take your chances with this place, just manage your expectations

Placed order at 5:15. Called twice and got no help. Finally received ived the order at 6:15 after calling to complain. We ordered two buffalo chicken pizzas and neither one had buffalo sauce. Pizza had been done and sitting since 5:30 as shown on the app. My husband had work at 7 and had to scarf down food after starving for an hour waiting.

Placed order online, went to pick up pizza both needed to be remade said 20min. Came back only one of pizza was remade, showed young guy the pizza and ask if he would eat it and said yes and on the low key u can leave and I did without the dried out old pizza. Will not go back
