Jessica and Bella were very kind to both me and my puppy dog while we were in the drive thru. They were patient and listened to any questions I had. Both ladies were all around very helpful. I have only been here twice and I've had good experiences both times. Thank you girls so much!

every time I come here I’m in the line for at least 30 minutes even if I’m the only person in line, staff is rude and giving me dirty looks. they always burn the bagels and they always make the drinks different every time I come here been at the window for 20 minutes and my drinks still aren’t made i know for a fact it does not take this long to make the food

Fresh donuts, hot and fresh coffee, and the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was decent. The staff was very friendly.Two dings : 1. Somewhat expensive for what we got (24 bucks for 6 donuts, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 coffee, and 1 orange juice. 2. The music inside was too loud, making conversation difficult.

I went there a few nights ago at 7:30 to grab a gift card. Hours on the door say Open until 8pm. I saw a staff member sitting in a booth, I went to pull open the door and it was locked. She/they never looked up to see or say anything while I stood there. I love D&D, but this is the last time I will spend my time, energy or effort going to this one. The staff is usually rude and my coffee order is never right.
Every time I come different times they don’t have Bavarian cream what’s the problem? You know is the number one seller yet you never have enough of it or any for that matter the store is

This place is horrible, slow, rude and they took my money and didn't even give me my coffee, that's all I ordered. I watched as the waited on four separate people, when I asked where was my coffee I got a crappie remark and look to match, she said well get to it. I will never go here again, they never have any donuts worth buying after 10 am. Terrible, terrible, terrible place, never againNEVER

Very slow service due to being understaffed. I waited 20 mins for my mobile order last week and today, I had to wait as well. They don't even fill up your cup all the way. Their doughnut selection is lackluster. You definitely do not get quality food/drinks. Not worth it to come here. The store is clean and well decorated but that's about it. In fact a drive thru patron had to park and come inside to get some sugar and was very upset because the worked ignored her at the drive thru.

Donuts were NOT stale, consistently moist and soft!!!! Unlike any other Dunkin’ I’ve been to. Very nice and staff was helpful/good customer service
