My family and I visited this establishment recently and though we were greeted and seated properly and in a timely manner, once we sat down it took a long time before a waitress came over and acknowledge our presence.. the most annoying part was that there were two employees standing in the dining area engaging in personal conversation among customers that were eating, which I thought was very unprofessional...oh and might I add that our food was not the best , it was obvious...

The service was great! On point and on time. My food was cooked to perfection, Mouth watering every bite. The atmosphere overall was chill, Calm and collected! The manager that was on duty came by to make sure everything was cooked to perfection.

All the food was lukewarm and was not hot at all. Eggs stone cold not freshly cooked. Hash browns were old and greasy. I remember this IHOP location used to be the best. Years later it has changed. I recommend hiring extra employees to help bring the food out while it’s hot to the customer. However, the Pancakes were good because I ordered them after my meal. The waitress was awesome.
