All the food was lukewarm and was not hot at all. Eggs stone cold not freshly cooked. Hash browns were old and greasy. I remember this IHOP location used to be the best. Years later it has changed. I recommend hiring extra employees to help bring the food out while it’s hot to the customer. However, the Pancakes were good because I ordered them after my meal. The waitress was awesome.

Previously I loved going to ihop to eat but recently wait times have been incredibly long. I dinned in and sat in the lobby for 10 minutes without seeing any staff when the restaurant appeared to be completely empty. Once we were sat we experienced the same with our server. Didn’t get out drinks until we received our food. Normally I enjoy ihop but unfortunately until more staff is hired, I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Ordered breakfast online to pick up because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to place an order over the phone. Sat inside while waiting for my order. Only one person being the hostess, waitress, cashier, etc. Picked up my order and took it home and realized they didn't give me the hash browns that came with the Colorado omlette. I tried calling the restaurant back to let them know I didn't receive the hash browns, but again, I couldn't get anyone to...
