I was thoroughly disappointed in my meal today. I ordered a side of sweet potato fries. I usually get the same each time. Today the fries were awful. They were very thin, limp and soggy. Could not eat them. I don’t know if they have a new cook or what. The salad was not as fresh and good as it had been before. The salad greens were limp, not fresh. It was a total waste of money. I had recommended O'Gradys to some guests visiting from out of state about a month ago for lunch, only to have them come back and tell me that they could eat the burgers but the fries were disgustingly awful. I said, oh no it must just be an off day because the fries are always on point. They quickly said well not today. I really didn’t believe them until today. I will not be going back and this used to be my favorite place to eat downtown.

I will only visit when my group insists, and it is very inconsistent. Have had great meals there, and i've had meals i couldn't force myself to get through. I've been served promptly by someone friendly, and i've waited far too long at other times. You never know what you'll get, and it isn't worth the gamble

Stopped in for supper for the first time and found a great spot. We did have to wait an hour but that was okay. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The blue cheese fries were off the hook and honestly better than our meals. But our meal was also very good. We did order mixed drinks on the menu but there was absolutely no alcohol, just fruit juice for $9 each. My daughter did order the hamburger with sprouts and had to take them off as it was like eating a hamburger with grass cuttings. Lol

They keep making the food poorly, and every time I have gone here for 3 years they just straight up never bring you your food. The drinks are still good, so if thats what you care about, this is a fine choice.

Sat at the bar and was told to holler when I was ready to order. I thought the server was joking. She disappeared into the back room and after awhile, came walking past me, didn't ask if I was ready, or even ask me to wait. Rang up a to go order, then walked past me again, heading to the back. I finally gave up and left.

They need a new bar tender/leadership. 34° outside and the bartender/mouth piece said standing people can wait outside! Completely rude and unprofessional! Don’t waste your time.
