First time going last night and it was excellent! The atmosphere was very comfortable. The rooftop is beautiful 😍 and the food was delicious. Best loaded nachos we’ve ever had! And it wasn’t as expensive as we thought it was going to be. Staff was awesome too! Especially the first floor bartender. Very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome and not awkward for asking so many questions being our first time. Definitely recommend and we will be going again.

The chicken sandwich, wings, and smash burger are customer favorites. Guests can enjoy entertainment options such as ping pong tables, dart boards, and pool, making it a fun place to hang out. The brewery produces its beers on site, with popular choices including the 16 Talons IPA and 1919 brews. There is a ground floor suitable for large groups and a rooftop area, although the rooftop can be pricey. SoB is also dog-friendly, allowing visitors to bring their puppies. Recently, some visitors noted that the food, like nachos and gyros, can be disappointing, especially if not served hot or with enough meat. Service experiences vary, with some staff being attentive and friendly, while others have been less so. The brewery is a good spot for families and friends to enjoy a great meal, games, and drinks, though it does not offer a military discount. Overall, it remains a popular place to relax, play games, and enjoy craft beers.
