I hate leaving reviews but I’m kinda upset I feel like I need a refund the actual ingredients in my sub was great the bread was just so hard I couldn’t enjoy my sandwich

I love Jersey Mike's, and this location is not only fantastic, but the manager Assina is a lifesaver. We had an issue with a missing credit card (we're in the middle of a move. Oops!) and Assina really helped us out. She didn't need to do that, but she's a manager above! All that and the food was great, as always.

It was horrible like the other time I've been. I've only eaten here twice and both times were bad. This particular time I got three giant subs and one was supposed to be plain but I found bits of onions and peppers throughout the sub. Then the other two subs were supposed to have chipotle and they put mayo so I had to have them remade. Even though this time the two were made right they were very sloppy and the meat was burnt and there was barely and meat in the sub and all that was on those subs was lettuce and tomato and half of it was off of the sub. Now I'm trying to call and speak to a manager and surprise surprise the phone just keeps ringing. No one ever answers. Also I was in there for over an hour from start to finish. Probably won't be attempting to eat here again.

Very friendly staff. Great service. My order is always ready and waiting. Sometimes it is a little crowded at lunch and the parking lot can be hectic.

I’ve only been here twice and both times my order was incorrect. The first time I received steak when I clearly paid for chicken. The second time I received a regular size sandwich instead of the giant size I clearly order. What’s so difficult about preparing a sub correctly? Kids these days really don’t pay attention to any details. And the adults at these restaurants aren’t teaching them. Smh
