I’ve only been here twice and both times my order was incorrect. The first time I received steak when I clearly paid for chicken. The second time I received a regular size sandwich instead of the giant size I clearly order. What’s so difficult about preparing a sub correctly? Kids these days really don’t pay attention to any details. And the adults at these restaurants aren’t teaching them. Smh

Would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. Currently trying to order an Uber eats and they have a promo for buy one get one free. And every time I try to order this restaurant cancels it and says they aren’t able to fulfill

Subs are always great, and customer service is awesome! I've always had a good experience here. The only times I've had something wrong with an order is when it was pretty busy. Which is understandable, of course. So I personally avoid busy/peak hours when I eat here.

I go here quite a bit and have never had an issue. The staff, the food and the environment have always been really great. I always order the mini 13. Today I went in and ordered as usual, when a blond girl I had never seen there before, walked up to the toppings station. I told her lettuce, oil/vinegar and oregano. She shook 8 to 9 shakes of OIL and drowned that tiny lil sandwich. I was like..."that's alot" and made a nervous laugh. She asks if I wanted her to scrape off the lettuce and start over. Ummm.....[I was thinking], at this point you may as well, have just thrown it in a bucket of oil. I didn't want to cause a scene, so i left it alone. Then she put 2 lil shakes of vinegar and NO oregano. I just wanted to leave. Got home, 10 min away, took ONE BITE and my sandwich tasted like straight oil and was completely soggy. Which never happens. $9.00 wasted and in the trash because i could not eat that. Thanks. I guess It's my fault. Maybe I should have had her redo the entire thing and possibly cause a scene. But that's not me. If I see her again, I'll just walk back out and try another day. I'm not wasting anymore money. Thats crazy. The rest of you are doing an amazing job. Thank you!❤️

Bread was brick hard. Could hardly taste the oil or mayo. The young lady got visibly disturbed when asked to put toppings (onions, lettuce) on a steak sub. Unpleasant for sure.
My daughter and I stopped at your shop yesterday and I must say I was really impressed. Your staff was wonderful they went above and beyond to make sure my sub didn't get cross commented, due to an allergy I have they changed their gloves a few time's and put it together in a safe place. I had the glutenfree with roast beef and it was very good I would recommend anyone with an allergy to stop and get a sub from Jersey Mike's. Thank you to the girl's that made sure my sub was safe for me to eat. Sorry I don't remember your name's.
