Went for lunch with friends. Tried to leave tip for server in tip jar and we were advised that the server didn’t get the tip. It goes to the business. We said Fine we will just give our tips to you. Again they said they are not allowed to accept tips of any kind. Well guess what! There are plenty of other Asian restaurants in town where we can show our appreciation to good servers. I won’t be back! Keep your tip jar to yourself.

Very deceptive tipping practices. There is a tip jar at checkout but BEWARE! These tips don't go to your server they go to the business. Your server isn't allowed to accept any tips. You would think if you have good service you could monetarily thank your server.

Do not advise inside but it has really good take out. Love hibachi style food cooked fresh. Usually get the special or vegetable rice.

This restaurant used to be nicer, even in the last 6-8 months the restaurant went down hill. OSAKA used to be a nice, clean, inexpensive faux Japanese place. This last visit really changed my mind. A women came I complaining and left unsatisfied. I placed my oder, it was too hard for her to get right. She mixed up the order and still I had to pay for it all. I wanted a bowl of white rice. I couldn't get it. The table was dirty and after I asked for it to be cleaned it was still dirty. She brought my entree out to me in a to-go box. It seems English it too hard for her. She was rude and unprofessional and does not take correction. Don't go here for any food unless you want to be insalted and mistreated.

Fast, friendly service. Nothing fancy but the prices are good and the food is good. I got takeout and it was ready fast. I got vegetarian rolls, the ingredients were fresh and crisp, and the rice was perfect. I also had a side salad with the carrot ginger dressing which was good and the exact salad you'd expect at a Japanese restaurant, though nothing to write home about. If you have an itch for sushi, this place can definitely scratch it, especially if you are craving the staples.

It was not kept up on the outside or on the inside. When I stepped inside, I could smell the food but there was also another smell that was not pleasant. Although the restaurant was rated an A, I felt uncomfortable ordering because I felt the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant is also a reflection of the food quality and care. I'm not normally the type of person to just walk out, there has to be a good reason....I did order a drink, but I just decided it wasn't the place for me.

The food was good.The 2 star rate was due to the lack of cleanliness and the staff hygiene. The guy taking orders had an awful odor that through off the taste of my food a bit.
Food was good but didn't get any napkins thru the drive thru and I had to answer for my tea's and when I got them they tasted like water and they caught an attitude and this is not my experience with a rude person a there window so this will be my last time eatting from them I except Good service when I'm paying for my meal

I've never had a bad experience here until today. A server who took our order and that was the last we saw of her. Another server brought our food out. The filet was supposed to be medium rare, however the meat and vegetables were burnt. Their response...I'm sorry. It will be a long time b4 I go back. Very disappointed
