We live close by so we stop in a lot. Never had any major issues before. However, this morning we were walking our dog and got hungry for breakfast. With no outside seating we opted to eat outside with our dog anyway (closer to the shrubs and away from all other customers and entry doors) and then continue our walk vs carry food home and then eat. They always get my order right here. Thursday night I accidently ordered a taco party pack half crunchy half soft when I meant for the entire thing to be soft tacos. Even though they had already prepared my order, they adjusted it for me and we're so kind. Always has kind customer service here and I really appreciated them going out of their way to fix my mistake.
