Came to dinner for my dad’s birthday, was told 15 minute wait but ended up being over 45 min wait. Once seated it was all good until the food came out.. everyone’s food came out except for the children plates. We were told by the waitress that they were coming.. the adults all had there food but yet the kid quesadilla plates were still being made?? The children plates should come with or before the adult meals.. the kids had to wait over 15 mins after receiving the adults meals for food.. no apology and nothing to make it right.. we got attitude from the waitress there on after. Once the bill came we were given a gratuity. Which yes I understand a gratuity but after all we had to go through to just get our kids meals and entertain them while waiting to be told they can’t even take it off or reduce it and Hectors son being rude about it and not wanting to make nothing right about it. We come to Yucatán all the time!!! We used to prefer it over others in the area but after tonight we will take our business elsewhere. Server, Hectors son and the other gentleman at cash register at the time had no remorse and no apology.. oh and hectors son also spoke up and said the WAITRESS DID NOT PUT THE KIDS PLATES IN.. so it wasn’t the kitchen backed up.. there food was never put in.

Decided to go here for another Bday-month dinner. Usually my experience is on-point but tonite was definitely a NO-NO!!
Ordered the Three Amigos because it looked good the last time my friend ordered it. But mine just didn't look appealing. Switched out the salad for beans but they came out covered in grease which was from the steak (which was too fatty). When I tried to replace it with another meal, I was told that they couldn't take food back (some new policy) and that if I ordered something else, I would have to pay for both. WHERE THEY DO THAT AT??? Who pays for food they didn't eat?
Anyway, I will NEVER be coming back here (have been here many times) nor will I recommend them anymore! Thx for NOT allowing me to enjoy a Bday meal :(

We usually go to Mirarichis but they are not open on Sundays. We found the food delicious but small portions. However the price was also smaller and it was enough food to not be absolutely stuffed. The outside of the restaurant was filthy. We almost walked away thinking it may be a sign of what the inside looked like. It was nice inside but the booths without lights are rather dark. The booth was tight fitting, even my 100 pound mother thought so. We will go back again if in the area on a Sunday.

I come to Yucatan pretty often and every single time I leave impressed. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service has never missed a beat—every server I’ve had has been friendly, attentive, and on top of it. I’ve tried a variety of dishes and haven’t been disappointed once. The wait times are always reasonable, and the whole experience is just consistently solid. Even when it is packed on a Saturday they manage to do such a good job. Honestly, it’s rare to find a place that delivers this level of quality every time. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had an early dinner today at the Yucatán restaurant and it was a return visit as the first one had gone so well. Even though we had a different server today, China, the demeanor and courtesy was the same. The meal was superb, well prepared , plentiful and quite affordable. Unlike other similar restaurants in the area, we were not rushed through the meal and the ambience was such that we could actually talk to each other without having to talk over other loud noises or music. We will return again and look forward to it
