This has to be the worst restaurant in Myrtle beach. Please save your money!Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very nice. I felt bad for her having to make up all these excuses as why the food was so bad.

I’m don’t normally write reviews.. in fact this is the first time I’ve ever wrote a review but I have to share my experience. I’m absolutely disgusted. 30 minutes into our dinner.. just started eating our food and I notice a roach on the wall beside our table. My bf kills it. And we’re thinking.. okay it’s fine.. just A roach right.. we start looking around the room and at the walls and we soon realize this place is INFESTED. Roaches crawling … literally seen one crawling above a table while these people were eating there dinner. OMG. I pull the waitress… let her know.. literally pointing these roaches we are seeing out to her.. she was so sweet. Very nice lady.. she tells us how sorry she is.. and says this is the first time this had ever happened. she lets the owner know and comes back to tell us that they just fumigated and that’s why there are roaches. did not give us any kind of discount … nothing. I come home to do some research and read reviews about this place and LITERALLY came across a review that sounded exactly like the experience we had so similar that the waitress told these people the same thing she told us. At this point I realize they have to know this place is infested. Absolutely gross. I’m in shock. Basically left this restaurant still hungry bc there was absolutely no way we could finish our food. ?

This is easily one of the restaraunts of all time. They did indeed serve food. The meatballs were good but I dont think they microwaved the noodles long enough. There was a weird tasting chunk in my shrimp noodles. The owner was nice.

We have been living in Surfside just shy of 5 yrs. During that time, we have been ordering take-out from all the smaller restaurants in the area. We tried Paisano's for the first time on Monday evening 12-04. We ordered Eggplant Parm w/penne and Chicken Parm w/penne. First, the eggplant was so SMALL that it would have been gone in two, maybe three forkfuls, the pasta was very mushy and the sauce was just a tad sour tasting. Second, the chicken parm looked and tasted like it was the frozen patties bought from a store. The salad that came with dinner was nothing but spinach leaves thrown into Styrofoam with a few pieces of tomato. Pitiful. It's no wonder there were only 2 gentlemen in the dining room at the height of dinner. As for the service, the waitress could not have been any more friendly, helpful or professional. Very good service even for take-out. Keep it up. Now we know this is only OUR opinion, but we felt we should make it known.

Went back for a third time tonight and again the food was excellent, no wonder they call it a hidden gem. The chef/owner loves what he does and takes pride in his art. Also the prices are reasonable. We shall return again Bill.

Warm and relaxing atmosphere. Out of season so very quiet. Food was exceptional and we are quite picky. Very good portions for the pricing. Only complaint is that they were out of tiramisu! When we make it to Myrtle Beach again, it will definitely be one of the 1st places we stop at!

This restaurant is amazing! Tucked away on Business 17 in Surfside and absolutely wonderful! The decor is charming and cozy. You feel transported to Italy and Bill, the owner, is authentic and friendly. He makes you feel like family. Terry, the waitress, will make you feel at home and be at your beck and call. So glad I found this gem and enjoyed a meal that was out of this world!

Just happened to see a comment online about hidden gem restaurants, we have been looking for great food since we moved here. This place didn't disappoint, the food was excellent and the service superb. Small and quaint. I love when the chef owner comes to visit the table.

We just had the best meal in an Italian restaurant since moving to Surfside Beach 2 years ago. Our new go to for Italian. I had Grouper Rockefeller and Kath had Eggplant in a white wine sauce. Even the bread was amazing. Our waitress was amazing also.

I’m a real customer giving a real review…this place is awesome. Every place is not for everyone but this place is hands down our favorite spot when visiting Myrtle beach. Authentic, Italian bliss. Bill delivers stellar food that is clearly created with care and Terry adds a warmth to the dinning experience. Stop in a give a it a try and find your new favorite place to eat.

The school cafeteria serves better chicken Alfredo and lasagna than this place. My lasagna looked and tasted just like Stouffer's from the grocery store with a whole can of tomato sauce poured over it for "authenticity". It was a piece of lasagna no bigger than a deck of cards. The chicken Alfredo was watery and the 2 portions were inconsistent (2 people got the chicken Alfredo). There was no seasoning on it and the chicken looked like it was boiled before mixing in the "sauce". The chicken parm was a complete joke. You couldn't tell what the breaded hockey puck was made of. It must have stuck to the pan before serving because the breading was completely off the underside and the sauce they put on top was only enough to wet the piece of chicken, forget the tiny mound of spaghetti noodles that it was sitting on. Only 2 of the dishes came with a "salad" which consisted of store bought bagged mixed greens and a chopped up tomato drizzled with clumps of herbs and olive oil.I was expecting a piece of garlic bread with the pasta dishes but there's no such thing. I called my order in, they said 30 minutes. I got there in 35 minutes because I stopped at another store beforehand. They hadn't even dished out my order and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. My 4 pasta dishes came to $85 and I blindly left a tip (not knowing I would regret the decision to leave a tip on the shotty service and dismal dishes.)I RECOMMEND YOU STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Unprofessional and disgusting food.

This was a nice place to eat at. The food was great and the atmosphere was warm. The chicken caprese was pretty good ?. The warm bread with butter was delicious. This place is worth a visit when in the Surfside area and in the mood for authentic Italian food.
