Was my favorite coffee place for 6 years throughout college, and still went out of my way to visit afterward. Unfortunate they decided to close with 3 days notice to both the public AND employees, sell out to Dutch Bros, and render their entire staff unemployed with an insulting 'compensation' for the inconvenience. Even more insult to injury when they turn off and delete comments because the announcement went horribly.

What?! This coffee bar does not have coffee! An Americano is espresso with water. Not what we came for. We did order it. Tastes like the creamer and hot water.

I’ve been to the new Clutch in Mt P 3 times since it opened this week! The cold brew is amazing, and they have a lot of flavor options, many sugar free. They’re still working out the serving logistics, but it’ll get there 😉
Diabetics beware. My sister is a Type 1 diabetic and has had a minimum of three separate occasions where their location in Monroe, NC has given her a non-sugar free drink, spiking her blood sugar unexpectedly. The first time they apologized and attempted to remake the drink, but while watching them remake it, they did not make it fully sugar free again. They gave her a coupon for a free coffee, so she went back. Unfortunately, the 2nd time she went, they also made the drink full sugar. Today was the 3rd time this occurred. She unfortunately did not drink it until she was already at work and it was too late to clock out and go back to have them remake it. Not sure why she keeps going back. As a non-diabetic, I love clutch coffee, but I am very disappointed in how careless they are with their sugar free requests.

police was called after my parter and I ordered and sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes. they said we were scaring the employees, a man named "Jim" with out any clutch attire approached the vehicle and said we had to leave, After seeing we bought drinks from their establishment, he still called the police, maybe they are afraid or gray trucks in their parking lot or maybe black people 🤔

Friendliest baristas I've ever dealt with! I've never asked for a coffee that. they couldn't mix for me! I'm an elderly man who in today's world isn't usually accepted by a place that has younger employees! Clutch employees are the most kind and respectful employees I've ever experienced at any coffee shop! Well done in the hiring department! Unlike other places I never hear them complain about their job! My favorite is the store in Mooresville on Plaza Drive. Lately I've had the opportunity to use the one on Williamson. Very happy with both locations! Thanks everyone for making me feel welcomed!!
