I love the fresh herbs and tender beef in my bowl. Everything tastes authentic and homemade.
I had the shaking beef and it was absolutely delicious — cooked perfectly. Staff took time to explain the menu too. Great service overall, worth coming back.
The special pho is amazing! The noodles are soft and the broth is incredibly comforting.
Friendly staff and clean dining area. PHO39 is my go-to spot for lunch.
I really appreciate the attention to detail in each dish. Friendly staff and quality ingredients make this a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant.

A must-try pho restaurant in Taylors! Great broth, fresh veggies, and service that makes you feel welcome.
Loved the pho here! The flavors are bold and well-balanced, with fresh herbs and a deep, savory broth. Portions are generous and service is quick. A must-try for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese pho in a relaxed setting.
The grilled pork banh mi at PHO39 was absolutely delicious. The pork was smoky and flavorful, the bread was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the pickled vegetables added the perfect crunch. It’s one of the best banh mi sandwiches I’ve had.
I ordered the special pho at PHO39 and it was outstanding. It came loaded with different cuts of beef and the broth was perfectly balanced. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. It really reminded me of traditional Vietnamese pho done right.
This pho restaurant is a great spot for a warm, comforting meal. The broth is rich and aromatic, noodles are perfectly cooked, and the beef is tender. Friendly service and a clean space make it worth returning.

Since Mekong closed, I’ve been trying the vermicelli bowls at every other Vietnamese place in the area. All have been ok but none have been anything I’d go back for until the pork vermicelli at 39. The flavors, amount and ratio of veggies and greens, nuac mam, and generous pork are ideal. The restaurant atmosphere is like being back home. Very pleased to end my search and land here!

Absolute gem of a restaurant/lounge! Very modern interior, amazing food, and cozy vibes. We ordered the pho and Bahn-mi sandwiches. Absolutely delicious, fresh and service was great. Pricing was good, with lots of variety on the menu. Pho was very flavorful! Hours are great for a late dinner. Do not hesitate to try it out! We will be going again to try other items on the menu.

This was my first time trying Pho39, and it was definitely worth the stop! I was traveling from GA to NC and decided to give this place a try. The Bún Bò Huế was delicious with rich, authentic flavor, and the vegetables were very fresh. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I will definitely stop by again in the future!

Best Vietnamese restaurant in town. Every Friday-Sunday they always have 2-3 special of the day. Which is different from their daily menue. These special of the day are authentic Vietnamese traditional dishes. My wife and I eat here every Friday just because of their special menu. The owner is so sweet, she knew us by heart, we shares laughters everytime we dine in. Her cooking talents, remind me of my mother cooking. If you want to try their special menu, you have to come early. By, Sunday afternoon/early evening they would ran out of the special menu. So, we make it a weekly habit of showing up on a Friday, so we won't miss out on the special menu. In addition, definitely give their sugarcane a try. It's pure sugarcane cold pressed juices.
