Lady who took our order was very rude. My husband asked for the monster sandwich that they used to have (we don’t come to subway ever) and the lady said “this is subway not Hardee’s”. She had the worst attitude about taking care of our order.

Drive through speaker broken(as a subways seem to be). This location doesn’t accept coupons all though it’s a franchise? Never been an issue at any other subway. Manager was unfriendly and no apology or explanation just a simple “no” and walked away. Employee had difficulty understanding two simple orders. Still got it wrong after multiple repeats. Half our subs were dry, the other half was dripping in condiments. Waste of money..

As a former employee at this subway, I can say that while the food is pretty good, it's definitely not as clean as it should be. When I first started working there, the roach problem was so bad. By the time I left it was a lot better, but it took quite a while for anything to be done about it. The owner quite often touches food and makes sandwiches barehanded. He also allows a couple of his friends (who by the way do not work there) to also come behind the counter and make sandwiches for themselves without wearing gloves. The men's bathroom says its closed, it was closed the entire time I worked there, I thought there was actually something wrong at first, but I then learned that he actually just tells people it's closed because he wants that to be his bathroom, he doesn't want anyone else using it. There were so many other things, this was just some of it. There's definitely illegal stuff that's happened here, he left for a month one time and didn't give us our tip money until a few months later. He's racist, cheap, and just so hard to work with. This was the first place I had ever worked, so I didn't realize just how bad everything was in the beginning, but it was absolutely terrible. You'd think after all the ways that people have quit that thing's would've changed, but they haven't. Anyway, I'm glad I finally got that off my chest, some of it anyways. I stopped in with some coupons which they told me they would not accept. I asked if it would work if I placed an online order and it did not. Then I waited for 49 MINUTES while the owner talked to corporate ALL WHILE MY FOOD WAS ON THE COUNTER GETTING COLD!! I totally expected him to just give it to me at that point but nope. Coupons still didn’t work and owner told me to pay full price. I said “I’ve waited almost an hour!!” To which he literally replied “that’s fine.” No apology. He finally took a portion of it off but would not even give me the coupon price. I just can’t even fathom what I experienced there. The 2 ladies working in there were fine - but the owner needs fired.

Worst Subway ever. They only have white bread available and their meat selections were limited as well. Restroom was closed. They don’t take coupons. Not really sure what they do here but tell you this will be your worst lunch experience ever. See pics of their drive thru.

The food is not bad but they never stay open until they're supposed to close at 10 I've been by multiple times after I get off work and they're still supposed to be open for another hour but the doors are locked people inside but they ignore you

Well ran location, friendly employees and most importantly well made subs. This is one of the better Subways in the area.
