How about turning off the Christian music. Not everyone that is a patron follows this religion and it makes us feel uninvited and uncomfortable. I asked if they could turn it down they said no. Food is as expected but manager was offended when I asked to turn music down. I will give this restaurant one more try if it is the same, then I will not be back.

Takes sooooo low. Food is ok when it’s hot.

Service was ok but cashier was taking our order in a stupid voice while everybody else working there stood and watched like it was an inside joke at our expense. Very unprofessional. Food was not good either. Usually this Arbys location is pretty good but not today. Will not be going back.

Never again. I ordered from the drive thru and waited 20 min to get my food. I had to go in the building to get it. I got in my car and realized they did not provide the receipt. I went back in the building and it took another 12 min to get it. By the time I got to my hotel, my fries were cold. Majority of the staff could not have cared less to help me. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant.

Worst Arby’s I have ever been to. The quality of food is completely unacceptable. Shredded roast beef leftovers on several sandwiches I have purchased. People go here expecting slices of roast beef, not a sandwich made they can’t possibly finish without a fork. If the beef isn’t dry as a bone it is shredded in a way I wouldn’t eat again I was paid. I most certainly won’t eat here again and I advise you to go elsewhere.

Food was not prepared correctly and the male manager is poorly suited for the position. We have had several orders with mistakes, but we have no choice but to come to this location because the next Arby’s is 10+ miles a way. When my wife tried to get this remedied on this occasion she was confronted with hostility from the manager which obviously made her very uncomfortable, but she is a strong woman and not easily intimidated and didn’t back down. In the end our orders got fixed, but there was no reason for his behavior. He needs retrained or demoted. The rest of the staff is always friendly. Also, the restrooms could use attention.

Lost money in the drive through when they gave me an order that contained nothing that I ordered…except the drinks.I drove 20 minutes to get here because this location has always (until now) had better service. Very disappointed

The entire night shift should be fired. They do not care about their customers and certainly do not care about doing a good job. For the past 3 weeks, just one night per week, we have ordered food through the drive thru. None of the orders were correct when we got home. It is either missing something that we have asked for, or they cannot figure out that ranch and mayonnaise are actually two different condiments. Drinks are wrong, combos missing fries, you name it. We are local, and plan to never come back. The last straw was being charged for nacho cheese that we never ordered, and the manager said she could either return the .54 cents per cup or just give us a free dessert. The bill was .75 cents per cup. Who asks either or when she clearly knew we didn’t order it. I run a business for a living. None of these employees would work for me. They would be fired on the spot.
