Food was not prepared correctly and the male manager is poorly suited for the position. We have had several orders with mistakes, but we have no choice but to come to this location because the next Arby’s is 10+ miles a way. Haven't really been a fan of Arby's, but I gave it a shot for you guys and here's my honest opinion, the food was below expectations and just wasn't good at all especially the roast beef sandwich mine was really nasty if I'm being honest. The fries are good though ??♂️

How about turning off the Christian music. Not everyone that is a patron follows this religion and it makes us feel uninvited and uncomfortable. I asked if they could turn it down they said no. Food is as expected but manager was offended when I asked to turn music down. I will give this restaurant one more try if it is the same, then I will not be back.
