My Dunkin run was amazing !! I got a caramel macchiato today like I usually do! but unfortunately The coffee tasted literally like just coffee no Carmel or flavoring and th foam was so much it was most of my cup so I had a little coffee, I called to let them know and the manager was so amazing and so kind! he told me to come back and they would fix it no problem for me, I thought that was absolutely amazing service! and let me tell you it was so good the second time, mistakes...read full review
I go to this TR location at least once a day, sometimes twice if I'm feeling the need. Staff is always friendly and my drink is always right. Now, if only they could keep those Raisin Bagels in stock, I would be over the moon! 😂 Thanks for the coffee every morning guys!
I recommend they keep somebody on staff that knows how to fix the milk steamer because every time I go by there and I go by there daily at least four out of seven days a week the milk steamer is broken
