I asked for light ketchup like I always do, but every single time I go to this McDonald’s I either get no ketchup or way to much like this it’s aggravating as well as they never give me napkins with any of my food I order. What am I suppose to do wipe sauce on my clothes lol.

This place is usually on the slow side compared to other McDonald's and I hate the twin drive thru lanes that require you to merge back into a single lane causing line cutting and other issues with other customers. Having said that the food here is always pretty good. McDonald's strives for consistency not excellence and they are very consistent. The food is the perfect McDonald's version. Nothing stand out but not old or greasy or anything like that. I guess you could say this McDonald's is "safe" as far as ordering food. You won't be blown away but it's always fresh and hot and not bad. I hope this makes sense but basically it's decent food made greatly. They uphold the corporate standard and you know exactly what to expect.

Giving it one star because I can’t give it ZERO! This has to be one of the worst restaurants in Greenville county! The service sucks, the employees are rude, and you always have to park and wait on food in the drive thru! Been waiting 16 minutes STILL WAITING! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
