The atmosphere seemed a bit outdated apart from the bar area. The waitress was really nice and quick. The food was a big let down. The burger was unseasoned and overcooked. The chilli tasted like dog food. The pretzel bites with beer cheese was the saving grace.

Epic place! They found the Arsenal v West Ham game for me, delivered delicious wings and Gaelic Ale along with brilliant service and great company from the guests alongside me - a must visit for global sports fans!

We came in this morning and chose a table instead of a booth, I guess that was our second mistake. No one acknowledged us while other tables were sat and served. When our waitress came over she was surly and unfamiliar with the menu. Not a good start. Didn’t wait to see how it would turn out.

Rotten fruit on the French toast croissants which were burnt slap up. Tasted it and I still have the ashy taste in my mouth. Water glass I initially received did not look washed at all. Husband said his eggs Benedict weren’t even runny and the hollandaise sauce was awful. His pancakes were dry as if they didn’t use butter in the batter. Fake syrup to go with both. The inside looked unfinished and the ceilings were all tore up looking. Really unappealing. It was empty on a Saturday at 10am so I should have listened to my head telling me to walk out. It was the worst dining experience I’ve had. So disappointed we paid for this; I wouldn’t eat there if I was paid.

Visiting family (we are from Florida) food was good our waitress was amazing (redhead with glasses ) but the time we waited for our food was insane! 30-45 min wait. Yikes. So don’t go hungry and don’t be in a hurry

The Shortfields burger was by far one of the juiciest and most flavorful I have had in months.

They do serve the best club sandwich in town. But they make their own chips and fries. I don't recommend them cause they are flavorless. The club is the best around here though
