The pizza was excellent! My server, Bishop was on point. Couldn't have asked for a better first time experience.

Their pizza is delicious and unique. I love their bruschetta appetizer and the breadsticks!

We’ve been to the Travelers Rest Sidewall as well as other Sidewall locations. Overall, we really like Sidewall and keep coming back. The food is reliably good, and the gluten-free crust is the best we’ve found in the area. It isn’t always perfectly crispy every time, but the flavor and texture are excellent.

We usually dine in and tend to order favorites like the arugula salad, Little Pep, Tommy, and Buffalo Chicken pizzas. The ice cream is also excellent, especially the dairy-free chocolate, which I get by choice because it tastes great and isn’t too heavy after pizza.

The TR location has felt a little slower than some of the others we’ve visited, but the service has still been friendly. Best times to go are right when they open at 11 or before the dinner rush around 4–4:30.

I honestly never leave reviews because I understand how they can affect a business. This was one of the WORST experiences i've ever had dining. There was 2-3 servers on the floor. 2 food runners 1 host and 1 takeout. None of them were doing anything but talking by the bar the entire time. The restaurant was not packed, I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The easiest thing you can make. I watched 7 tables be sat, served, and closed out before my server even graced my presence for a refill of a water? She checked on me a grand total of once maybe 15 minutes after I received my drinks. It took a hour for my food to touch the table. The pizza its self was terrible. Someone obviously went into the kitchen and ask for my order on the fly. Half of it was black and rock solid and the other half was completely undercooked. Literally RAW INSIDE. I don't know what has happened to this place in the last couple of years but it is on a steady decline and it's not getting any better.

For some reason I cannot leave a photo on this review but i cannot believe i was served undercooked food on top of waiting for a hour. There were maybe 6 total tables with the highest count being a 4 Top. If i could leave a 0 star I would.

Very good pizza and a fun vibe! Definitely want to note that they are a 10/10 in terms of kid friendliness- when we sat down, they provided crayons, a coloring sheet and a SNACK! Perfect for our toddler to eat while we waited for our pizza. We brought our 3-week old baby with us as well and I felt very comfortable feeding her at the table when she got fussy. Super family friendly!!

We came for my birthday and it took 30 minutes to get our waiter to give us our drinks. After we finished our drinks they were standing at the bar or just walking to the back. This was really disappointing considering last time we went it was twice as packed and the service was fantastic. It was empty and it collectively took us almost 2 hours and no refills. The quickest they were is when we were getting the check.

The place wasn’t busy at all, which made this even more frustrating. I placed my order at 4:15 and it was supposed to be ready by 4:40. I didn’t arrive until 5:30, and somehow still had to wait until 5:45 because my food still wasn’t ready. Over an hour late for a simple to go order is ridiculous.

What made it worse was the staff. No one acknowledged me or offered help while multiple employees just stood around talking. When someone finally did help me, I was told the food still wasn’t done. On top of that, staff started loudly dragging and hanging chairs on tables around me while I waited, even though they could have simply picked them up instead of making the restaurant sound like a construction zone.

The food itself was good, which is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. But the overall experience felt rude, dismissive, and uncomfortable. It honestly came across like they were irritated because I didn’t tip on a to go order. Good food can only carry a place so far when the service leaves people feeling unwelcome.

This establishment is a completely unorganized disaster. There are more employees standing around versus managing customers…. All with a manager scrambling to keep the ship afloat… Be prepared to wait 15 minutes before being addressed. There is zero music (a piece of junk Bluetooth speaker) It’s freezing inside…nonexistent bartender…. all while the employees avoid you like the plague…. This place rests on its location for its success… which will fail in the end…
