What can you say about a normal visit to Starbucks? These folks were friendly and always happy to serve us. My advice for visitors? Always get an extra shot of espresso, your cardiologist will thank me.

The staff at this Starbucks is by far the kindest and coolest of any Starbucks I've been to, and for that reason I frequent this one over other locations. They always know I want an ice water with my coffee and breakfast sandwich, ask how the family is, and get my order AND name correct!

Got my usual strawberry cream frappacino, it was missing something but I'm not sure what... It didn't taste as good as usual...

I've always had the best experience at this location in Travelers Rest. The staff are always friendly, and my drinks are always made to perfection.

I have never had a worker be more rude to me in my life. All I needed was a simple cup of water. she proceeded to talk bad about me while i was standing there to a coworker under her breath and then when i went to ask someone else for it after waiting for 10 minutes she told the other worker “ she can wait”. Really needs to learn some manners when she is serving people. Starbucks needs to figure this out, never had a problem here until now.

Was told they could not “take orders at the window” when I asked for a cup of water. However, I did the same exact thing the day before. Very weird considering I modified my order when I got to the window and that was perfectly fine, but when I asked for a water I was told I could not order at the window.

Always rude when I get in the drive-thru line and my order is not ready yet (including when there is a line of cars in front of me and they have time to make it.) What is the point of having a mobile order option if customers have to wait until it’s ready to get in line. This location takes so long that drinks would be watery. The parking lot is not big, so it’s difficult to place a mobile order for in-store pickup as well.

The drinks never taste the same and are rarely good. Every other location I go to is consistent in taste.

I was at the Travelers Rest SC location. I ordered my usual which is always a venti size. They handed me a grande I said umm no this isn't a venti. I handed it back it took honestly 10-15 min of wsit time till they finally handed me my drink. I said all that to say this, they more than made up for my wait time. They asked if I wanted the grande free because they I guess we're gonna throw it away so I did take it. Then I asked if they had any pumpkin. Loaf they said yes would you like it warmed I said yes please. They gave me that free as well. So I would say they more than made up for this time wait.
