I stopped at Ingles today (12/17 @ 2PM) specifically to get a hot beverage from Starbucks. It was cold & dreary outside. I was nicely greeted by the young lady who then told me they were out of espresso and couldn't make and hot coffee drinks but could offer me a hot tea. Uh, NOPE!!! I can't imagine Starbucks inside Ingles gets that much business to where they run out of espresso. Is there a shortage the public hasn't been made aware or was it the lack of details on inventory? I won't bother next time.

Seems like there is no consistency with my order, my drink always tastes different. What’s up with management, so often you have 1 girl behind the counter that’s still in training and she’s overwhelmed. Your out of frapp roast, your out of this or that, it’s always something. From a customers perspective I’m just tired of the mystery drink I’m going to receive. I hate to say something, so many times I’ve just dropped my drink in the trash on the way out in the parking lot, throwing away my money. Then I’ll drive to the Starbucks off 25 and same problem there. Figure I have a 50/50 chance to pick the right Starbucks to make the drink right today. Paying attention to the baristas who make it right and knowing when I should walk out when I see the ones who make it bad. Shouldn’t have to be like that.

About what you’d expect from a Starbucks in a grocery store for the most part.I came here to work remotely, and the wifi is configured not to allow VPNs, so I couldn’t use it for work. Hence the 4 stars.Staff was nice and food and drinks were up to snuff!

My drink was wrong then they got mad they had to fix it when she corrected it there was no ice in my cup. It was like they never put ice in the cup bc she had to reblend my drink to blend the strawberry purée in it after she had already blended it I ordered extra ice for no reason and I'm not happy with it and I rode extra Carmel in the cup in my other drink and they didn't even put Carmel in the cup I won't back to that location this isn't the first time it was done but it will be the last

Umm, I found a new grocery store yall! Starbucks inside Ingles! The baristas were nice and my drink was made perfectly.

Went yesterday, told me my card was declined, which I knew was wrong. Quickly checked my bank acct online which showed I was charged. She said she cancelled the first order and ran my card again. Bank app is showng I was charged twice. Won’t return.
