The store is well-run, with fast service and clean facilities. A recent visit showed a young lady who was scheduled alone on her fourth day. Despite being overwhelmed, she handled herself well, earning praise for her effort. The clean environment and excellent food were highlighted by a customer visiting from Japan, who appreciated the great prices and customer service. The staff communicated effectively and even joked with each other while busy. However, there are concerns, as another customer expressed disappointment with the MONSTER footlong, feeling it did not meet expectations for the price paid.
